No. The examiner reads the question in Spanish, then waits for you to respond. If you don't hear the question the first time, you may say "Repita por favor" (Repeat please) or "Perdón, no escuché" (Sorry, I didn't hear).
However, to avoid having the examiner repeat too often, try your best to pinpoint to the key words in the question, such as the question word (e.g. Qué, Cuándo) the verb, the subject (the person doing the action) and any other details.
E.g. ¿Qué hace tu madre los sábados?
Keywords: Qué, hace, mamá, sábados
