I was raised in Labrador back in the 60s, & 70s.
We didn’t have roads, connecting communities, on the coast.
I’de love to go back again!
Keep taking your journeys, cause that’s what it’s all about!
    Drive carefully, enjoy life!

Thanks for the video. When I was a younger man I fantasized about traveling far north as you've done up into Labrador. Fascinating stuff!

    Super video.
Good choice for a destination to explore - Labrador is amazing.
I travelled across Labrador by motorcycle back in 2014 before the Trans-Labrador Highway was paved.
    It was mind blowing.
Mike, you summed it up well in your commentary - it's a wild and mysterious place full of ancient history. Much of it yet to be discovered.
I would hazard a guess that the Vikings spent time in Labrador too, 500 years before the Basque.
    Cheers from Ontario, Canada

Fantastic trip! Do you carry an InReach with you?

I see you got rid of your roof rack, was it due to wind noise fatigue on your long drives? I am debating adding a roof rack but it isn’t a necessity and worry I may regret it.

A few different reasons. The wind noise with a bare roof rack is not too bad but it is with jerry cans and stuff up there it is. Also didn't want the extra drag as gas is more expensive in canada. Also the more trips I go on the less I take especially by myself so everything fit perfectly in the back and had no need for it.

@@mikesandone2652 Are you on factory sizes or the 265/70? I think I'm going to go that route, just trying to decide if I want D or E rated tires.
