i was givin a court appointed attorney and he was just a mess i mean he couldnt hear what i said ever he was so old he was falling asleep in court then wasnt even showing up for me... so when he found out i was going to ask the judge for a new attorney he put a new attorney in plave of him cause he was 'sick' and months later hes still sick anyways i met with this new attorney and honestly he was worse. i was talking to him about my case(getting my child home)and all he wanted to talk about was how this 22 year old was chasing him so i cut him off to talk about what documents i had and what i have read online and he said that doesnt matter forget all that you need to make admittance and waive trial... i told him no i want a new attorney so i was told by another laywer that in order to 'fire' him i had to tell him IN court that i fire him and he had to report that to judge and the judge would adjourn my trial and replace him. well that laywer NEVER said a word so i was stuck with him when i literally had told him over fifteen times i wantes new representation... so the next hearing came the trial and i was so upset i had him cause this was the most important case i wold ever face.. my child going into cps when he needed to be home with me and if i had a goos laywer that actually LOOKED and listened to all the papera i had and proof and everything .my newborn child would be home with me 😢 but that didnt happen... he kept telling me to waive trial, make admittance... i said no for so long cause why wpuld i admit to lies? well he was persistent he said that is not what this is talking about your over thinking it.. well i told him well tried to tell him all this stuff i had for proof and he would cut me off and talk about him being 66 yr old man being chased by 22 year old i mean no exaggeration.. so after court i found out that i should have never listened to him.. so anyways now im having to do all this stuff for fosters and have a review today and it makes me so upset that everyone that works in this foster agency is around my age 25 or younger and the foster parents have never had a baby befoee and i have seen my baby recently without any covors in the winter and coughing so bad and then his butt is raw but no i tell my caseworker this and im "hyper vigilant" yet she texts me all the time saying "please contacr me more with ur concerns you dont have to be scared im here to help".. and then i seen that im concerned when concerns are not evident.. hmm so in one night my 4month olds butt being shaved to the skin bow logically that can only happen if hes sitring in soiled diapers.. and when theres scratches alllll over his face i never seen him do that so in my mind im thinking there letting him cry n scream so hes clawing his face 😢😢 these ppl have lied about me and i feel hopeless.. the foster ppl at the doc appointment didnt bring any of his stuff including a blanket when it was freezing! so thank god i had brought my diaper bag for him.. or he would have had to sit in two poopy diapers... i dont know what to do.. cause if the judge could see my point and hear what i have had to say and what they done wrong i know my baby would be home.. idk what is ther i can do? what coukd i do in this situation?? i have been all over the internet and its not been easy for me.. my only hope honestly is God. i know he sees behind the scenes and he sees my heart now I'm praying he shows the judge what he knows... idk I'm so sad my baby shoukd be home
