I'd use savage spearton skins in this case since Mericks are healing them. That and they're immune to knockback as savage so they just regain footing after giants smadhes them...
Castles are a good idea. Maybe at the start you'd have a camp could have 15 of those slots for an army,then when you upgrade it you have 25 slots and you make units 5 percent faster and more tents are added. When you upgrade it again tents would turn into houses,you would have 40 army slots and you would make units 10 percent faster. The last upgrade would cost you 2 upgrade points becouse your houses would be in a castle, you would have 50(or more if possible) unit slots, you would make units 25 percent faster, and the wall you can make would have 50 percent more health.
