I always see people do it with clips that don't take up the full screen and I don't understand how they do it and I wish I knew because making an edit that takes up the entire screen can make it unsmooth because it makes the entire clip move across the screen. Do you know how to do it that way? (You probably don't understand what I am saying because I wrote this horribly lol)

make sure the clips are in 16:9 ratio, and make sure you use the tracker BEFORE you pre compose the clips

do the face tracking as I show, then pre comp the clip you made, add twixtor and make the twixtor frame rate the same as the fps of the clip you are using
