Common concerns with backyard or urban poultry

Those not wanting to have chickens in their neighborhood cite disease, noise, odor, pests, and waste management as common concerns that can have implications on the health of people in the area. How can these concerns be addressed to eliminate or reduce these concerns for people owning the flocks and for their neighbors? These concerns will be discussed by Ron Kean of the University of Wisconsin.
