Thanks for your help. I used the chat feature and it was very quick and simple talking to somebody online. They said 3-5 working days for refund. It's for the first time in 14 years my amazon package did not arrive.
I'm sorry to hear that. Did they not send you a replacement or offer you a refund? I would contact them again and try to talk to someone else. They are usually accommodating but sometimes it depends who you talk to. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty and hope the issue gets resolved.
@@easylearningweb i purchased an item for $220 and the item was coming from china Third party seller it Supposedly got to Puerto Rico in 3 days wich is where i live and i never Received the package, i told them and they told me to make a police report for theft but the polcie cant make a police report for theft because they have no evidence of theft even if the tracking id says it was deliverd and i dont hace it there isnt any solid evidence of theft so the police denied me a theft report but provided me with a Allegation theft report. Ive been dealing with this for the past 3 weeks now and its driving me crazy i submited the police report and they denied me my refund simply because it wasnt a specified theft police report and nlw i lost my $220 and my package..... i never buying from amazon again id rather shoot myself.
OMG, I'm so sorry to hear that. I would still try to contact them again. Also, sometimes if you go to the order, there is an option to contact the actual seller to report the issue. Unfortunately, you never know what will happen with 3rd party sellers from another country. Also, sometimes it is dropped off at the wrong address, and then we would never know. I hope they can still help you to get it resolved.
@@easylearningweb ive tried yo contact the seller amazon does not let me because third party seller situations can only be resolved trhough amazon.... im trued of trying to resplve this.
