Leafs losing to Boston in Game 7 of 2013 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. Definitely a heartbreaking loss for Leafs fans like me.
@@masoncarr2244One thing the Yankees and the Red Sox should always remember is that the curse isn't real
Catholics vs Convicts 1988, Miami fumbles the game away late
Luke Maye shot against Kentucky…
Furman upsetting Virginia in this past NCAA tourney
Buffalo sports is the epitome of heartbreak. No "wide right", no "no goal", no "music city miracle", but glad you captured "13 seconds" in this video. Being a lifelong Buffalo sports fan is hard.
It's all Bills the Sabres aren't even mentioned
Your 100% correct being a Bills fan for 30 yrs nobody has felt heartbreak like us fans, I swear we are cursed
Tennessee also 😢😢😢😢 we feel your pain bruh
Being a Minnesota fan not easy either, but at least the Twins won the World Series twice to defy the Minnesota choke.
@@Jelsick yup Vikings are another team with a lot of heartbreak
Vikings losing to Atlanta in the 90s NFC title game was crushing.
him saying “what are they doing” in the georgia state clip is epic 😂
Yeah I was thinking he might say..”oh that’s what they were doing”
The most heartbreaking loss in sports history is one that most may have forgotten.
In 1983, the New Orleans Saints entered their final game at 8-7, and they needed to win at home against the LA Rams, also 8-7. If the Saints won, they would not only have their first ever winning season, but they would also make the playoffs.
Late in the game, the Saints led 24-23, and had held the Rams offense in check the whole game. The Rams points were a safety, a punt return, and two interception returns. But the Rams had one final drive, and they were able to get downfield, and then in the last second, kick the winning field goal and win 26-24.
A reporter said later in the day, "You cannot lose tougher than that."
It is ABSOLUTELY NEVER heartbreaking when the Yankees LOSE!!!!
The Dallas loses are always my favorite
What people forget about the Patriots comeback is if Alford intercepts that pass the game is probably over. Julian Edelman had his David Tyree moment. Sometimes you really just need luck to be on your side
and in the Tyree SB, if Asante Samuel makes a very easy interception, its a different ending.
@@Daniel-qx6bgalso, and I don’t wanna sound salty or anything, Richard Seymour was held by 2 different Giants players on the helmet catch, and would’ve had a clear sack or hit on Manning. They play also could’ve been blown dead
@@wills3210 I totally agree with you. In a close game like that, there's lots of situations that can be pointed to that, if different, could have change the outcome of the game.
@@Daniel-qx6bg yeah but I don’t wanna sound like I’m making up excuses or anything because there’s always gonna be something like that that can happen, it’s just how the game happened to play out so there’s not much more to say about it
Forget that miracle catch, 24:53 if Freeman doesn't have a brain fart and does what he is supposed to do (block Hightower) then Ryan probably hits Aldrick Robinson for a deep TD to go up 12-35.
Anytime New York teams lose, it's heartwarming
You must be miserable living in mommy's basement 😂😂😂
It definitely is. It's awesome tbh. Lol.
Unless it's the Asteriskos.
Also Philadelphia!!! Except when they beat the Cheatriots.
@eac1235 Because some fans threw snowballs in 1968? Or because a few fans cheered when a Wide Receiver (who got away with attempted murder) injured his neck.
That First clip still hurts…..…
Titans fought so damn hard that season all the way into the end.
Shouldn't have been there anyway...that was a forward pass
@@jaycurry5593
We all watched in slow motion …
Behind the yard line he threw it from..
Literally no body but Buffalo fans say this fr.
It’d be like me argueing Dyson scored on that 1 yard line… it’s just straight up Bias .
@Reggie2kj I'm a Giants fan...and you act like it was clearly a lateral. It wasn't. Just another blown call by NFL officials. 🤷🏾♂️
@@jaycurry5593
Nobody missed anything.
They watched it slow Mo for 10 min…happened directly on top of a straight line marker clear as day….
you’re just flat out wrong…..
No debate ….
& I Hope you enjoy your holidays.
@@jaycurry5593you sir must be a blinded asshole! If you think that wasn’t a lateral, well buddy I fell bad for you! SMDH at these idiots
You forgot Superbowl 25. The most heartbreaking Superbowl loss ever. Still hurts us Bill's fans to this day.
@@chef423 Who's team are you a fan of? Just out of curiosity.
As a pats fan I totally agree with you, though Super Bowl 42 killed me, and I was so young at the time too
@@wills3210 Only time I'll sympathize with a Pat's. We both lost to the same time in our greatest years ever.
@@lovinglife8854 haha I’ll take what I can get I guess you shouldn’t sympathize much with division rivals
@1:15, Altuve swung like he knew what was coming.
When I used to watch more sports I think some of the most exciting sports was always college basketball especially those buzzer beaters and stuff like that are just absolutely crazy
Titans fan here. 😢😢😢😢 I still see that in my mind daily
I lost $600 on the touchdown at the end vs. Buffalo. I had the game to finish within 3 points. The touchdown made it 4 points
Feels extra bad seeing the astros clip knowing he had something to hide in that jersey.
suck em
Imagine still thinking this in 2023 jesus.
BS. No evidence and still crying about it. 2022 swept yall!
@@sethy3705 ONG There is still no proof at all, He is just a good player.
Haha, so they just happened to get busted cheating and Altuve screams for no one to touch his jersey, go into the locker room to change, then celebrate his walk off HR to go to the WS? This isn’t odd to you? His explanation made it even more obvious he was hiding something.
it would have to include the playoff chokes, collapses, of Marty Schottenheimer, the most cursed NFL coach of all time
This is dope!
Good video as far as the college basketball buzzer beaters the year Mario Chalmers hit that last second three ball to beat D Rose and Memphis for the championship. Ill always remember that one
Thank you for putting SB 51 right after the’86 WS👍
I lost a perfect 15 pick Round Robin thanks to Arizona State's buzzer beater......heck of a play through.
Every heartbroken loss for 1 team is an incredible win for another. It's all about perspective.
Then again, everything in life is a matter of perspective.
This is the first time I’ve seen that BYU Hail Mary and noticed that a BYU player hugs the ref 😂
Same here lol. I was coming look in the comments to see if anyone mentioned it
You beat me to it. I was going to post about that hug. No. 11 seemed to be saying to the ref, "We owe you one!"
New England Atlanta was heartbreaking. Especially for us Atlanta fans! Have not been the same team since.
AGREED!!!
14:07. I remember this, but there was time left on the clock, and the other team now had the ball deep in its own territory, unable to give up a safety because they led by just 1 point.
That was fantastic
That LA kings game with the horn blaring for a minute straight after the goal was brutal 😭😭
As a bills fan, please don’t post any more of these for my sake 😭
Yeah, I get it, but at least you have Reich's Bills and their comeback vs. my old Oilers.
I was kinda young for that game but still remember relatives crying like they were at a funeral after that ridiculous comeback. They got mad at me for acknowledging that it was some amazing effort to pull it off too lol. I'm a saints fan though, so I understand heartbreaking losses from my team as well
The Altuve homer wasn't heartbreaking; that was robbery. On the otherhand, the L.A. Kings goal wasn't heartbreak either...that was celebration!
when the Kings won their second Stanley cup in 2014 I really thought that was the start of a new dynasty ..
Chapman knew. You can see it on his face.
It was heartbreaking for rangers fans because according to them(didn’t watch that Stanley cup) the goalie was the only person on the team trying and he is one of the best goalies in rangers history probably the best. They hated seeing him look defeated carrying the team
You dropped the ball on the '96 Yankees v Braves in the World Series.
RIP Steve McNair
The worst one might be the one with Favre because it was such a stupid decision. If you pause at 40:22, you can see he easily could’ve gotten to the 35 yard line by running and set up a 52 yard field goal in a dome
THIS ISN'T DETROIT MAN, THIS IS THE SUPER BOWL!!!!!
I thought that he was gonna run the ball. Just like you said, he had the first down if he ran it.
Problem is that his mind wasn't there. They were trying to kill him the whole game. This was the Bountygate Saints. Until I saw a CZcams video of all the dirty hits from just that game, I thought Favre threw the game. He didn't.
They left out week 17 of the 2003 season as well. You Vikings really know how to lose games.
@@Rockhound6165
CAUGHT! TOUCHDOWN! NOOOOO!!!!!!
baseball and hockey are the only sports left that are not fixed
That Falcons super bowl was elation to heartbreak in a very slow torturous way
I wonder what Altuve would have done if he didn’t know what pitch was coming L
You guys are butthurt because he is just a good player, There isn't and still isn't any proof of him sign stealing.
I’m a Rangers fan and one strike away in 2011 needs to be on there
If your talking about the world series check out part 1
Just like the California Angels in 1986 ALCS Boston Red Sox in the 1986 World 🌎 Series one strike away
@@michaelleroy9281 sadly that haunted Donnie Moore until he eventually took his own life.
The double doink still haunts me to do this day.
Damn warren! You threw it right to him!! I miss the 80s & 90s games.
It's a shame all those fans that were there couldn't enjoy it because their phones were enjoying it more. So pathetic.
4th and 31 is hands down number 1
I commented too soon in your Part 1 video but in part 2 you deservedly included Blair Fucking Walsh.
2012 SEC Championship: Georgia’s Chris Conley catches a deflected pass at the Alabama 5-yard line with about five seconds left. The deflection causes him to fall down. Georgia are out of time-outs.
2013 regular season rivalry game: Georgia come back from a 20-point deficit on the road and lose only because the deflected pass bounces up in the air and into the hands of an Auburn player, who runs it in for a touchdown. This happened two weeks before the Kick-Six.
2022 & 2023: Navy have back-to-back heartbreaking losses to Army (2022: Navy fumbles in overtime; 2023: Navy are stopped on a potential game-tying drive with less than a yard to go).
That 2012 SEC title game was the worst clock management this side of Andy Reid
Why is the Yankees losing heartbreaking?
Cause that would’ve sent them to the World Series didn’t you listen? Also everyone knows what Altuve had underneath his jersey
@@willyad7036not everyone. I’m clueless.
Only for Yankees fans 😂
It only is if they're playing Houston
@@msarzo that too lol
Bills oilers game still get me so wired… what a game …dam Bills give us so much stress
What's the Giants coach Parcells doing on the Dallas sidelines.
13:55 this play never gets old
I don’t get how losing a game when you’re down 3-1 in a series is that heartbreaking. Kind of expected to lose the series.
Miami did not deserve that win against Duke. Knee was down before the ball was out when number 1 got tackled.
Not to mention the dude running onto the field with his helmet off before the runner scored.
And, the ball clearly hit the ground early during the lateral.
Fun fact the ENTIRE referee crew was suspended for 2 games afterwards. ACC counted 4 mistakes on the last play.
Yeah. Lol. The refs had hosed Miami all freaking game!!! How about the 3 straight pass interference calls on Miami that set up the farcical ending? Then Miami gets one controversial call going their way and everyone cries. It's ridiculous. You Duke fans always omit how the refs always gave Duke basketball every close call...... Remember the game against UNLV? Yeah biggest screw job ever.
@@eac1235 not a duke fan, just calling it how I see it. Stop being so angry. Take some deep breaths. Find happiness man.
I'm not a football fan, but I watched that last game where they tried that play and even I knew it was a dumb play.
The double doink bears playoff loss is my favorite
Really lingered on that Yankees Astros game
10:00 - Zach Britton is still in the bullpen waiting
The bills are truly cursed… wide right again yesterday 💀
#3. Cheating Astros. Should have had their trophy revoked like they do for cheaters in the Olympics.
0:32 shooting this 3 pointer that’s what I’m doing!!! 😂
You had my Cards getting their hearts ripped out in SB43 but there were a few heartbreaks for me that you left out: Game 3 1977 NLCS, game 6 1980 Stanley Cup Finals, game 7 1987 Stanley Cup Finals, game 6 1993 World Series, game 6 2010 Stanley Cup Finals. And as a Cardinals fan how do you leave out week 17 of the 2003 season? That's another crusher to the Vikings.
The BYU player hugging the ref @ 32:45😂😂😂😂
The words "Wide Right" did haunt the Bills twice. (Thank you Giants & Chiefs)
You know it’s gonna be a great video when you see the cowgirls as the thumb nail
ONE OF THE GREATEST ASU VICTORIES EVER IN ANY SPORT OVER THE WILDKITTIES LOL! 💛
🏀
heartbreaking???? it's all in the eye of the beholder/fan......frankly, i remember myself, my friends & some loved ones, dancing around the house on more than a couple of these!!!! ha ha!!
Houston football teams know how to break your heart
How could we leave out Indiana/Syracuse Keith Smart shot??
I was at the Arizona-Arizona St game. That’s all.
Still can’t believe the bills defense had to ask Josh Allen to go win that football game 3 different times and he did. And they still lost it for him 3 different times. Story of Josh Allen’s career
Everyone forgets about IU vs. Syracuse for the natty
Those players from #TheU were gassed after that one lol
Minnesota Miracle, Vikings biggest comeback in NFL history vs Colts, yeah Im a Vikings fan
Minnesota miracle is in part 1
The worst was the immaculate deception raiders steelers
**world's smallest violin**
Duke got robbed against Miami. I remember that game and his knee was down before he tossed it backwards. Then to pick up the flag you can reverse it on a review or maybe you could at this time I'm not sure. In any case it was a terrible call and review.
I don't think watching the Yankees lose qualifies as heartbreaking.
I don't know about heartbroken. I'm seeing some good plays with a lot of happy people
Anybody else notice altuve covering his shirt 🤣🤣
DAK Prescott should be Fired now
Only half are heartbroken.
Chapman giving up a tater is NOT heartbreaking....its HILARIOUS 😂👌
as a saints fan thanks for forgetting the Minneapolis miracle
It was in the Part 1 video.
@@fromthehaven94 well im not watching that then
Too bad the Astros will forever be known as cheaters
oh give it a rest
@@MarkEWallace It's true. Just like Bonds and McGuire hitting home runs every at bat. Cheaters.
@MarkEWallace - There's nothing you can do to stop it buddy. It's true, and facts can hurt sometimes.
@@greencm7142 Yes, it's true, but geez....move the hell on.
Not in 2022
Gasol was beasts
The TD never should have counted because of that blindside block by that Miami player at 3:03. I'm not a fan of either team and yet can see how that was a horrible no-call penalty.
Not having Bruins Blackhawks is insanity
That 2017 Astros WS title should have an asterisk next to it..still wondering why it wasn't stripped cause of the cheating
This was the 2019 ALCS. Rent Free baby.
Exactly!
How is the NYR loss at 6:14 more heartbreaking than any other NHL team's loss in the stanley cup ?
Pete Carrol could not put his ego aside and let BEAST MODE have the limelight. This cost the Seahawks the Super Bowl. FACTS it was only second down, a😮n😮d 3. That’s high percentage run territory on any stat sheet in the NFL. BEAST MODE quit the League after this play and went right up to Pete and laughed in his face. WHAT A COACHING BLUNDER. THE MALE EGO IS A INSANELY POWERFUL FORCE THAT KILLS MEN ON SEVERAL LEVELS. THIS INSTANCE KILLED AN ENTIRE ORGANIZATION WITH ONE ARROGANT DECISION.
What a Tool Move!!!!!
Hill's gonna get a block! Will Hill, is gonna win the game, on a blocked field goal!
When Yankees did the comeback against my tribe in 2017
33:15 when you're too happy
The Altuve clip shouldn’t be in there !! They cheated !!
0:39 that colour commentator got exposed
Watch Altuve grab his jersey rounding third, cheaters forever
CZcamsrs who think "history" means the last dozen years have a lot to learn.
#22 @5:05😊!!
When Kobe misses the shot against Okc, Kassol takes the rebound and scores ….. rewind and watch what Kobe does? Watch his reaction? One of if not the greatest SINGLE player ever, however he never goes over r to his teammate to congratulate Kassol. Just simply walks away to the bench, SELFISH DISPOSITION!!!!!!! Your teammate wiped up your missed shot gave you the game and …….. FLATLINE NOTHING, no thank you, great play, nothing!!!!!
The Yankees should not be up here when they got cheated🤔
That was a td on Dyson, second wasn't a Norwood`s fault Buffalo lost and I forgot the year, Buffalo shouldn't have beaten Houston in that comeback. Refs blew a call.
You should put context to these clips
Shouldn’t have the Astros because of the cheating scandal
double doink
grabbing his shirt
And where is the Butt Fumble, or the endzone pass where one ref called a touchdown and the other called an interception?
Butt fumble ain't heartbreaking lol. And the Packers vs Seahawks "Fail Mary" is in my worst calls part 1 video
Patriots won the Butt Fumble game 49-19. That goes under the all time Blooper reel like Jim Marshall running the wrong way-not here.
Where is Montana State vs NDSU 😂
