Most definitely internals. I just don't think the 1.5 is good for power even if you do internals. B swap or k Swap it would probably be the cheapest and most reliable route

Sound improves some like my Random Technologies hi flow cat in Turbo VW sounded awesome along with Milltek. Cat-less is often too loud and not worth the hassles and emissions. I built a Supersprint exhaust. Sounds awesome.
