Just watched it in hyderabad and came just now. Seeing the reviews, yesterday dhan watched kurangu bommai. Two days back to back, i am reeling under the effect of both the movies. The director i can tell you with absolute assurance, is one of the best story tellers i have seen in a long time. Tarantino pulp fiction style random timelines is so brilliantly used in both movies. Maharaja will make you think so much after after you leave the theatre and many things will fall in place one by one. Needs a couple of watches at least. Such is the density of writing

*Spoilers* Point you mentioned on 6:30 about insignificance of Councilor character misinforming name to police.. I think Police figuring out both are same & finding out Singam Puli call on the same place where Dhana died could be the reason they were understanding VJS’s true intentions & thereby bringing Singam Puli into this case by making a ruckus on Vessel maker shop for lakshmi. If Councilor has blurted out original name, VJS could have been arrested immediately & the case could have moved in different directions ..
