▶ Recipe and ingredients:
500 g minced meat (I used a mixture of pork and beef)
Salt, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika
1 onion
bunch parsley
1 egg
2 tablespoons sour cream
Form balls
700 g potatoes
Cook in salted water until soft
Drain the water and let it cool slightly

Make mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons flour
Grease a heat-resistant dish with vegetable oil
Combine potatoes with minced meat as I show
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C
~ 100g cheese
Add cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes
