Do you think its components inside are the same with the cheap tire inflator found in online shopping?
Thank you Bro for this, this is an amazing reference video as my pump is not working since today morning. I charged it last night completely and today when I was trying to fill air, the tyre pressure wasn't increasing.
Can you recommend what can be the fault with it, it starts normally, make all the sound as well like it's pumping air out but the air is not coming out of the out pipe, instead I feel the air is coming scattered from the base. Please let me know if you can suggest something. Thanks again.

Below concern I faced ,
Concern 1
I face the same issue , and disassemble device and found water molecules above the sensor face ( that sensor located in between the pipe line ) after clean the sensor concern solved ,air flow came as per presure ( you completely clean the water in whole pipe )
Concern 2
Device function but no Air
Dis assemble device and check it Pump ( cylinder case ) in the edge pipe found teared ( air leak so presure not build ) so we temp replace pipe and found ok ,
Note : presure sensor is an major role of that device sir ,

Grease will increase load on motor.

What do you think the piston, the black fan and the connecting rod are made of? To me it looks like it is some kind of carbon fiber or plastic reinforced with carbon fiber , and the piston seems to have a metal cup over it where it touches the cylinder. I am a little worried about the lifespan of the piston and the connecting rod because of that weird material.

My pump is broken at piston and headseal, not produce pressure
Size is 11x15x2.8 mm. Its not standart oring. It have Y shaped side.

Again Disassemble your Pump and unscrew the pressure sensor and clean again fit ,
100 % working
Solution - 2
Check all fitment including wires and check oil fingerprint patches around the Circuit board

Hello. I have been using this equipment for almost 6 months and I have noticed that now, the equipment reads between 4 and 5 psi less than the pressure measured with two different equipment. The question is: is there some internal teo element of the team that allows me to "calibrate" the measurement?

How to replacement the battery

I have an MI pump that got shorted in the rain and had been kept for some time without use, the circuit is rusted and the battery is leaking but the motor and pump seem fine. Planning to drive the motor directly with 12VDC from a lighter point- so was trying to figure out the voltage needed (to buck down) to drive the motor. If you can measure the current during the load, that'd be a cherry on top of it. But just the driving voltage is fine, can assume a 5A circuitry for extra safety though I assume not more than 2-3A given that it'll last for 1h on use on the 2Ah battery pack.

I have not used my pump very much (less than 10 times), and today it stopped working. The motor was running slow (at 0,5 Bar), and then it just stopped while the battery was still over 50% (white led). I took it apart, if i help the motor starting by turning the fan with a screwdriver it runs for a few seconds. It is not a loose contact, the motor is defect.
Air compressor is working but air not filling into tyre. Any help?

Great Video, any idea from where I can get the piston assembly. MI India don't have it, they dont service this product. The piston assembly is not working in my case. The rubber in the piston had wore off due to heat.
How long have you been using? Is it worth to get it under emergency use?
@@roninr8199 its a gamble. I used mine only 20-30 times. The warranty period is only 3 months. Now my inflator gets discharged from full battery even if I wish to top up only 4-5 psi of pressure. They do not service it. Only option if anything goes wrong after 3 months is to buy another.

OK, the answer is "Yes" & No to change battery.
I have check the video on how to dissemble it from
a poster > Button Set > thank you for the video.
After dissembling I found that it is near impossible to change the
batteries because it is welded together to a circuit board.
Even got the same battery > 18650, it will be near impossible to
to get it back inside as it is very very tight fit.
(do not have the spot weld machine to do spot weld and
soldering will not be good as it will take up space
as I have said it is a very very tight fit.)
So, instead of changing the batteries,
I soldered two heavy-duty gauge wires to
the battery terminals -positive & negative.
Then I routed the 2 wires outside the air pump via the bottom.
Then connected it to a battery casing for 18650.
Charging it will still be the same except now
the air pump is connected to a 18650 Battery casing
and look a bit "strange" LOL.
A bit inconvenience but work the same.
Battery casing = USD 0.50
2x 18650 batteries = USD 10.00
It is better than to throw away or buy a new one.

Inside the compressor Aluminium cylindrical pump used so it's create more heat ( continuous running )
So heated aluminium case transfer heat hot air
After few minutes it's come back stable state,

If possible, please disassemble Portronics Vayu Tyre Inflator. Also check if it has a 2000 mAh or 4000 mAh battery. Because Portronics claims it has a 2 x 2000 mAh battery making it 4000 mAh. However on the box, it's mentioned as a 2000 mAh battery.
