This gentleman is lucky to have found the adapter harness needed to swap ecu’s in this accord because nobody has them unfortunately
I just built my own, it really isnt that hard. It's just soldering wires in a differnet pin layout. If you find the K-Line wire, leave it blank since the TL ecu get the Can-Bus Adapter.

They re wire the plugs/ adapter clips seems hard but not really just a pain in the ass to find the clips that will plug into ur car

Solid video! Super healthy j30. Most just swap a j32 or j35. Very few have done J37 as the bell housing is different but it's a sure way to make over 300whp
j36 is the way to go. 3.2 block w 3.7 crank.

@@PiterStreakI have an 03 v6 auto and I’m looking at replacing the motor. Are there any motors bigger or better than my j30a4 that will swap in simply plug and play? I’d like to stick with a Honda motor as the Acura are high compression and I like buying cheap fuel.
@@longsleevethong1457 j35a6 from an Odyssey. A buddy of mine has had his for years. His is supercharged for the last 2 years almost making 506whp completely stock.

I have a buddy who had one of these 6spd manual trans 10-12 years ago and I always begged him to mod it but he’s not really a car guy per say - he loved the car but not really into the aftermarket scene… I always knew they had potential!

Boy the step down from that 4" intake pipe to throttlebody is massive, been better to go with a 3.5" pipe? Gotta love these j30's, love to see one with cams revving to 8k

I would like to know what was tuned specifically. I know Honda is VERY conservative with their tunes and that these J series need to breathe but were gains made in ignition timing, VTEC crossover, rpm limit, etc.
How do people manage with the j37 throttle body idle issues? Such as the surge

hello! how much more power/torque can you get by Flashpro? I have a 2010 v6 tsx and I'm considering buying it to restore some power
My very pending question is can you do this with a Ridgeline with a J 35 a nine or perhaps with a Honda pilot also with a J 35A9 or is this just strictly for the accord V6
Owner can swap in a j32a3 or j35a6 no modifications needed and make almost 40hp more
Just go straight to J37.
He already made that with just bolton's and tune tho.

More J series
258 with all those mods seems kinda low, but great content nonetheless.
It's a 3.0 that's actually solid power for that engine. For context a manual 3.2 makes 265-278, a 3.5 makes 280-305 and a 3.7 makes 290-315 with bolt ons.
Stock j30's put down about 210whp, so that's a 50hp gain. Pretty amazing if you ask me

Hondata website shows that a flashpro will be for 2006, 2007, 2008 TL, auto/manual transmission, the question will be, can you swap a auto tl 06-08 ecu in to a manual transmission 03-07 v6 and get similar results...???

Yea I got the same car. You gotta change the ecu first because the stock ecu is locked
