    This week I returned to the eventas fields with the Nokta Simplex Ultra and SX24 coil to see if I could replicate last week's amazing hunt...and I was NOT dissappointed!

    I've been going over fields that I did with the Simplex + and the Legend , and found lots more with the Ultra including a tiny Liz 1st half groat.

    Lovely amount of coinage especially the pounds. Those pesky euro coins always make me stare at first lol. that key hole cover was lovely I wonder how old it is. Deffo go with the simplex on that field again

    Hey there! Thansk for the upload. Wss it this coil better on compared to the stock version?

    • @DTEKTSUSSEX
      @DTEKTSUSSEX  Před 11 měsíci +1

      It's definitely better for this type of land (very trashy). But it won't be as deep as the stock coil.
      Different tools for different locations 😊

    Hi m8 iv just got the ultra and the sx24 what settings would you suggest for ploughed field and woods please great video ❤

    • @DTEKTSUSSEX
      @DTEKTSUSSEX  Před 11 měsíci

      Hi Darren!
      Each place will be different so you'll need to tweak things on site but I'd suggest Field mode, 25 sensitivity, 2 or 3 recovery and leave the discrimination default (selecting coin or relic mode depending on what you expect to find). Beyond that, adjust as needed for the specific location 😊
      Good luck!

      Thanks Andy!
      Honestly, I've no idea. I've never used the Nox. I stick with the Nokta machines.
      Try Arron over at South Coast Detecting...I know he's put some hours in on that machine.

    Have you tried the ultra in stubble fields

      @DTEKTSUSSEX  Před 11 měsíci

      Not yet. I had it with me at Detectival alongside the Legend but didn't get out enough to try it.
      Definitely on the bucket list to try with it!

    Good afternoon, what about the Detech 13 Ultimate coil vs the SX35 (which one is better). Thank you.

    • @DTEKTSUSSEX
      @DTEKTSUSSEX  Před 23 dny

      I haven't used it but I would never use a third party branded coil. The technology is specifically calibrated for the machine and only Nokta will know how to precisely match a coil. Not to mention issues that can occur when the machine has a software update. A Nokta coil is guaranteed to still work at 100% whereas a third party one may not.

      @ikav7885 Před 23 dny +1

      @@DTEKTSUSSEX Detech assures that they make them together with Nokta, before Simplex+ detech also made a 13 coil (it was the same as SP35 in terms of depth and recognition of small targets, but in terms of weight it was like SP28), SX35 shows the same depth as SX28, maybe Detech 13 will be deeper? But there is no video with Detech 13 tests for Simplex ultra!

    • @DTEKTSUSSEX
      @DTEKTSUSSEX  Před 23 dny

      @ikav7885 - if there's no video that should be a good indication. If it was significantly better it would be all over CZcams by now.

    • @ikav7885
      @ikav7885 Před 23 dny +1

      @@DTEKTSUSSEX In your opinion, if Detech 13 were better than SX35, there would be many videos with tests where Detech 13 is better than sx35, I understand? Thank you.

      And one more question, does it make sense to change simplex ultra to equinox 900, given the big difference in price, will there be such a big difference in search quality between these devices? Thanks for the answer.
