lana del reyc No itâs definitely not too late! I started my hardcore revision in February but it varies for each person. Every little helps!

lol I had 8 crammed into 7 days but I'm glad because my actual A-levels are 8 exams spread over a month meaning I got to test myself at a far higher intensity than I would need for my actual A-levels so it was good prep.

Hi I was wondering if you have a particular way of storing your paper flashcards? Theyâre such a useful resource but I canât seem to find a way of storing them effectively without just hoying them all in a box and going for the dig around for 30 sec till I find the set I need method lmao. EXAMS ARE SO FUN
For biology (and other sciences), active recall is so important. I wish I did way more of that last year. I also wish I started past papers earlier to fully analyse the kind of answers they like.
Don't be too stressed about it though because you end up not caring about the whole dire experience by the next september/october.

Omg my next door neighbours decided to have a double story extension that lasted over a year during the summer of my a levels and made it impossible to revise đđđ

Hey Lydia! What exam board do you have for biology? Iâm currently in year 11 and Iâm choosing my options in the next few weeks and would love to know your experience in bio as I really want to take next year. I also have my mocks at the moment so I know EXACTLY how it feels! I swear Iâve had about 10 breakdowns in the bast week! I love your channel and your dedication is so inspiring!
Iâm in the exact same position. How the hell do they expect me to choose what I wanna do at the age of 15? Lol
A. A I'm in year 13 and I do AQA psychology, edexcel English language and edexcel maths so if y'all have any questions about those I can try to help y'all out. When picking subjects, I'd take subjects you genuinely enjoy bc otherwise it can get really hard and if you have a basic idea of what you want to study try looking at the subject requirements, specially for something like medicine.
If you were still wondering itâs AQA Iâm studying alevel biology and I recognised the textbook

Your not the only one who has that feeling and has a melt down. So your not the only who has those feelings. I think everyone who is in school are trying to do their best has them. But good luck in your A level mock trials and keep your head up.
Donât worry, I know full well Iâm not the only one! Thatâs why I feel itâs important to show those feelings, because sometimes you can feel as though youâre the only one, so itâs reassuring to know that others feel the same x
Exams go so quick. I had to do 3 weeks of exams for the HSC in Australia and most were 3 hrs and English was over two days with both exams 2hrs. But once they were over I had all the time in the world to do whatever I wanted. I also didnt dedicate my life to study. I worked hard but I didn't study all day and I still ended up getting great marks and now I am in uni doing the course I want. So dont stress too much about it and maintain a balance. Its not worth sacrificing your whole life.

This just makes me think of how I thought regular A-Levels were hard and then I went to do one year fast track A-Levels and then I went to law school. It just keeps getting worse I thought it was supposed to be the opposite đ

All our exams at high school and university level in SA (barring some exceptions) are 3 hours long, so 2 and a half hours is really fine.

my school ALWAYS put all my mocks at around the same time - at AS, further maths and history were always scheduled at the exact same time (i'm the only one in our year who did those two subjects but still it was a pain đ), and then at A level i had 4 mocks over 2 days and they were right at the beginning of the exam period so i had like one day of study leave and then 4 exams lol rip me

When I was in secondary school, I took 7 subjects and my English and Chinese had 3 papers each excluding oral exams. And my geography and social studies papers have 1 each and my chemistry and physics have 2 paper each. And because I take Amath and Emath, I have 2 papers for each math. And then the school would make us take 3 exams in one day, sometimes 2 exams and that would run for about 2 weeks.

Iâve just finished two weeks of exams (I do a btec in business and had one 2 hour and three 3 hour exams which count towards my gradesđ©) and they went horribly đ all exams are v v stressful x

Me Bored. as having gone through actual GCSE mocks, I'd imagine they were just tests in your lessons. Not 'proper' mocks, as you'd be having at least three exams each day, and considering an average exam is (very roughly) about 1.5 - 2.0 hours, you'd literally be going into school for the exams and not for lessons. These are just my thoughts though, not hating etc :)
I wouldnât say Iâm lucky, the fact Iâm doing a levels means 3 years ago I did exactly what you did! I took 11 GCSE subjects too & had all my mock exams in one week, so it was a crazy time!
School is only 6-7 hours long so I doubt they were real past papers. Probably just tests
Ellie1202 I had like 3 1h 45min exams, 2 hour and a half exams and like 2 hour and a fifteen and the rest were an hour. My school kinda sucks a lot lol. Itâs a grammar school. We did them off timetable and all.
