There is this beautiful cafe called cafe New York in Budapest, definitely more on the expensive side but literally one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend if you ever go back to budapest.

Maybe I’m super late saying this but $50 a night is not expensive for lodging, $500 a night is. If I could find something I liked and felt safe at for 50 bucks I’d be super happy!
