I'm from Canada and don't own a pet, but 😂 Somebody once told me that instead of paying for pet insurance, just put the same amount you would pay in a saving account. When you need it you take it. But with the insurance, you might not use it and than you lose the money that you paid for it. I don't know if this makes any sense, english is not my first language. Love to watch your budgeting, it has helped me with mine 😊

Operations can cost up to thousands- insurance covers that - especially if you are paying 20 a month…
If you over stuff your bills every month by $5 or $10 you can slowly start saving for a month ahead. Great video as usual sav!
FYI: Stella’s fur is what insulates and protects her from overheating.
In the summer electric bills go higher because the air condition usage is higher then the fall winter and spring
I treat myself to a massage once a month. An hour long deep tissue massage. I love it!

I haven’t finished your video, so you may already say this. For your baby’s saving, think of it just like your saving and emergency fund and record it that same way on your tracker. Makes sense the way you do those two and your baby’s saving could be the same. Hope that helps!
Just a thought but for his bday challenge you could fill in the rest of the squares so it equals what you have in the envelope 💛

I followed everything you were saying about Lennox’s 2 accounts. I personally would only keep the L Bux separate if I was ONLY depositing L bux into that account. Then it would be fun to see the total number of L Bux saved when he’s older. But that’s just me.
Also, you were hesitant to combine his money (minus the L Bux) and you were SO happy once you did. So you could always try it and then see how you feel. You could always revert back if you’re not happy

I’m saving B bucks for my daughter. My goal is $100 a year, at least, and my ultimate goal is $1000! She will get it from graduation. It’s a whole thing really! My mother in law made a wooden box and yes I’m giving her it all in $1 bills just to be funny!

I have pet insurance thank God. My dog Vader has needed 3 knee surgeries and has Cushing disease his vet bills are well over $40k that I did not have to pay. He’s 12 now

I think it's a great idea to have two hys accounts for baby Lennox. One could be just to save up as a general savings, and one could be to cover the cost of his first car, drivers Ed, or a graduation gift. If you get another $1k saved up (totally up to you and depending on what intrest rates are like), it could be good to even check into opening a CD account for him. You do have to stay on top of cd accounts more so than hys accounts to make sure you move it or roll it over once it hits its maturity date, but you can find really good interest rates and accumulate more interest at a faster pace. Great video!

YES. exactly what we do. CD's for our babies. we roll/move them at each maturity date. we've earned SO much! ❤
