Bumper looks fantastic, I just got a 2022 frontier and this is the low profile factory type of look that I was searching for. I’ll most likely pull the trigger on it before the snow hits (cause that’s what gets me every year). Thanks for the great video.
Just installed this on my 2023 SV 4x4. I have the shutters in front of the radiator. Wasn't too bad just make sure you connect the wires back for the shutter system. Had a check engine light on for a few days till I checked the connections again. Had the wire on the actuator not clicked in all the way.
I really like that you don't have to trim off the bottom portion of the front fascia which seems to be required with the other winch bumper I've looked at. I'd much rather trim up those pieces that drop down from the inner fender. I honestly think you could do this install without taking off the front fascia at all.
Looks like a winner! Easy enough install, but my only question is how does handle rock chips? I’ve had bumpers that rusted badly from all the rock chips.
I wanted to see the complete finished job, but I'll live! Unless Kevin wants to install mine, I'll go with the factory install, I reckon. The main thing for any job is the proper tools/and the place to do the work! I have neither, anymore! Excellent video!!

Okay so I have watched this video several times to familiarize myself with everything as well as I have watched several videos from other vendors. This is the absolute cleanest install. I’m totally sold on the product but have one question. On a couple of other installs the installers pointed out that the winch solenoid housing mounted up against the crash sensor and required the sensor to be relocated. Is that not the case with this installation?
James, I think they were referring to the winch solenoid hitting the support bar that connects to the hood pop. We recommend a warn EVO winch for this bumper, fits great. Yes you can reach in to spin the winch clutch. If your hands are really big, you can also pop the hood and reach down to the winch.
So the only reason for removing the grill and front facia is to get to the clips for the bottom facia? If you don’t have the adaptive cruise control you don’t have to remove the front facia?
You would still need to follow the same steps whether you have the adaptive cruise control or not, the only difference would be that you'd disregard the sensor relocation portion of the video.

Which light bar, pods, and winch are you using in the video? I think a lot of people would just like to go with what you guys used since its guaranteed to look nice and fit well.
We generally use a few different lights/winches on all of builds. Baja Designs is a great option for both the light bar and pod lights, the Warn Zeon 10-S or Evo 10-S are also great winch options.

CBI also isn't compatible with factory skid plates/splash guards, so you're in $2000+ all at once where as you could add this bumper and add different skid plates later

I had all of my bumpers Line-X Pro coated, zero rust or chips after three years in Alaska. Plus, it would make that bumper look even more badass!
Do you have camber bolts on the bottom control arms. I put a 2-1/2 lift on and my wheels lean out at the top

Also on the lower right hand (drivers side) bumper there’s an opening near the winch. Can you reach the free spool clutch from that opening?
