- At just 9 feet wide, rumor has it that this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath home was originally built in an alley to spite the neighbors -- and it might just be the narrowest house in Georgetown. But even with its small footprint, the home has plenty of room for historic charm. From exposed brick and beams to a peaceful patio out back, there's lots to love!

Remarkable what designers and architects can do with some creativity-- this house has more countertop space than my 70's ranch!
this isnt bad for a single person
Even a couple could live there. Living in small spaces are totally normal in alot of Asian countries. That's a goddamn mansion if you look at Korean or Japanese standards.
I could totally live there
Super cute!!!! That price is robbery tho.
Gorgeous!
Mirrors. More mirrors would open up the spaces and make the rooms feel larger.
I remember when a father & his 13 year old so. We’re living there & showed off this adorable home.
That's so cool that you got a tour! Thanks for watching
I get claustrophobia just watching this. But it’s beautiful for one person.
This is bigger than most houses I look at in London.
Love love love!! I want to try to replicate this house with shipping containers.
I want iiit!
I love tiny houses. My house is tiny but without windows this house would give me claustrophobia. Maybe some mirrors in the bedroom would fix that for me. It is a very beautiful home.
Thanks for watching!
I love this house except for one thing, and that is the lack of a proper cooker with oven. A kitchenette does not cut it. Also, at 1,000 square feet there should be enough space for proper rooms. I grew up in a house that had roughly 1,000 square feet of living space. Spread over 2 floors, we had living room, dining room, and eat in kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs we had 3 bedrooms and one bath. My parents lived in it for 45 years. My mom's parents were 11 houses up the block in a virtually identical home.
So how much is it?
