Love everything. Just would make both bedrooms the same. Love the gray, white and blackâŁïžThe first bedroom looked less inviting. Great job. Love your videos
Love this!! Perfect for me as a single person. đđ»â€đżđŠ
I like it a lot, it is a sweet house. But I woukd like one big change and a little change. The front entry is not practical to use during rain. I would like to have the front facade more like the back, with the path to the door covered. Then, the kitchen penninsula could be simplified. How about having the main counter, the corner, and the peninsula all one level? You could exen fit another counter stool in the corner.
this one is just right for me and mine!
my changes.+ add window to bathroom, move toilet to other side/wall of 1/2 bath, take some room from pantry and add shower, doors on laundry and entrance for air blocks.
Love this. The only thing I would change is the counter top. I would prefer a table and chairs
It seems to me that the corner base cabinet next to the kitchen sink would not open properly; it would hit the front of the farmhouse sink where it protrudes. Very pretty cabin though!
Where do I find the price for these plans?
I donât prefer a countertop at different levels. I think a possible solution for small kitchen is to have an L shaped back counter with a counter height butcher block top, table which doubles as prep space and dining.
Needs 2 full bathrooms. I donât care for the dining area preferring a regular table and chairs. The current dining area wouldnât happen in my world, instead I would put in more counter space and add 2-3 bar stools to it.
With just two bedroom you can get away with 1.5 baths, though it would be nice for this half-bath to add a shower stall. (There's almost room for one.) That way, someone whose job necessitated changing out of work clothes could come in the back door, take a shower and dump the dirty clothes right there at the machine.
@@Bobrogers99 there are too many home plans I like to pay an architect to modify one.
@@teresal5553 24 years ago, I spent considerable time with graph paper designing my retirement home, even making footprints of the furniture that I would take with me to make sure they fit, and then handed my plan to my builder. His daughter entered it into her computer, which spat out a detailed plan suitable for a building permit. I've been living in the house since 2001, and I love it. You should try to design your own house.
So many of your doorways and room accesses are blocked...
Entrance is wrong....what if it rains??
Agreed - rain/snow are funneled in three directions directly onto the entry path.
I didn't notice that. Good gutters are needed at the very least.
Isn't there an overhang over the front door area? Flat-roofed and difficult to see well, but I think the door is recessed and there is coverage. I too, would want the counter/eating bar to be one level. Otherwise, I like this one a lot. I've only had 1 bathroom in our home always.
@@lorielundgren7169 even if there is an overhang, rain/snow is still funneling to the entry, resulting in a sheet of water fall onto the overhang. No thanks - would not like to walk through a wall of water every time it rained.
