Beauty work as everytime mr,mastergraftman! 👌👍☺️✌️
That custom buck 110 is gorgeous. It looks like something royalty would carry. Nice job.
Next level craftsmanship, wow is the only word that comes to mind. Just gorgeous.
I have a 110 that was gifted to me years ago for my 16th birthday and rarely used. I'm now a bit older☺️ but still go into my tool box to snap it open and closed a few times just for kicks. I cant lie, im partial to this design because I'm an old soul at heart. Also love my new ones too but I find myself admiring that old girl a few times a year.
I’m sure the customer was pleased. It’s so nice looking he’ll never want to use it for it’s intended purpose now.
Thank you. Beautiful
Thanks Kyle
So like the Bluse Brothers you have both kinds of music country and western RID EM IN RAWHIDE !!!
Brilliant I would love a knife like that fantastic work
Beautiful knife , Awesome work !!!!
BEAUTIFUL!
Incredible again!
That thing is amazing looking I want to own it
Absolutely amazing!
Such a beautiful knife. You are a true craftsman. You took that Buck too the next level. That will make a great heirloom to pass down.
Very nice!
Love your work
First Class Work
👍 Beautiful work.
Very nice job so cool !
absolutely off the hook workmanship. I have one of those that my partner in NYS law enforcement many years ago removed from an inmate. all original. I cleaned it up as best I could without compromising the integrity of the inherent beauty of such an old knife. is ther
Beautiful
Nice work. I like the additional design work on the tang.
Beautiful knife
That’s such a beautiful looking knife especially the handle. You did a superb job on it.
Beautiful job.
WOW!
Beautiful 110
Gorgeous!!
Very nice work, good looking knife
Another great video.
Take care Kyle
Hey Kyle! Since you're a country music fan, you might be interested to know that country singer/song writer Skip Ewing lives in the same area as Javier. Unlikely that Javier will ever take that knife to the mountains ever again. Good Job!
What a beauty. I’ve been on your site several times looking at a bakeapple but now you have me thinking about a Buck 110.
That Buck 110 turned out amazing!
Should be a stamp on the blade that is actually a date stamp. The date stamp chart can be found online.
Fantastic job ! I like it !
Based on the "downward arrow" tang stamp, that is a 2007 model.
Nice work, Kyle. Thanks for the video.
Beautiful work 👊🏻
I have an imitation Buck 110 I put a thumb button on and it works quite well .
Amazing work man, wow
That's awesome Kyle. I often find my 110 slippery so that palm swell would be a great addition.
Like your new female shop apprentice! 🤗
The most difficult part of the process. Seeing through the fogged up face shield. LOL.
Great job
👍 Well done.
Awesome!!!!!!
beautiful
I love your skills and craftsmanship. That surely changes the standard Buck 110 to a unique and beautiful knife.
You are just amazing with that grinding of the Elk horn, making a Legend shines but still keeps it tradition & status. Like all kids we all grow up with Buck 110 & it still rocking today after decades of use & abuse. It's always educational when watching you doing your magic mate. Cheers from Australia.
Antler, not horn.
If its Buck Im in.. Great Job!!
For what it's worth: "Dubois" is pronounced "do-boyz". Up in the Wind River Mountains on the way to Grand Teton & Yellowstone Parks. Great video. Never quite new how to use antler for folder scales. Thanks.
That is gorgeous!!!!
Amazing work as always Kyle!
That is a beautiful build my friend. Don't stop doing what you do.
Lovely work i myself prefer the Buffalo horn handle you did on one of your builds😊
wow early, nice work!
Thanks!
Love your music choice, Randy travis, he's my favorite country singer, he doesnt sing now but still my favorite!
That's absolutely outstanding work, Kyle! Well done. Cheers!
Excellence ❤❤❤
Very nice! I used to do a lot of gold and silversmithing years years ago, I appreciate your skillsets, keep up the good work!
Awesome work. Thank you for sharing.
I saw one of your videos, at least I think it was yours. I was at that time considering buying a new Buck 112 to be my retirement gift to myself and to carry forever. Took me a good 25 years to sharpen my old one down until it had a dangerous point 1/8th of an inch exposed from sharpening it so many times over the years. I opted for the 112 with Stag handles and Nickle silver bolsters and finger grooves cut into the handle. I am so pleased with it. I got mine from their custom shop but I very much admire your work. EDIT: You won't get a proper seal with your respirator because of the beard. I had to cut mine off to get respirator certified in my job.
Wow! That is gorgeous! Kyle, you are a true cutlery artist!
Love what you do to those knifes, sure looks beautiful after the finished product!
Beautiful work Kyle! The stag really suits the knife but I noticed the thumb stud missing on the finished product. Did Xavier opt out of that feature? Thank You!
Been a sub for some years and I gotta say it’s very inspiring to witness the progression. Beautiful stuff here!
WHOA!!!! THAT TURNED OUT AMAZING!!!
Well done friend. I particularly appreciate the swell in the handle. You do good work.
Absolutely Spectacular job, Kyle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome build Kyle!!!! I love my 110 . Great informative video as always Kyle! Take care and stay safe my friend!!!
Kyle I love it, so beautiful! Nice work on the back!
Outstanding Transformation On This Kyle, Nailed It Buddy ! ATB T God Bless
Sir , you are a talented artist !
Beautiful work. Very impressed just overall. Especially I'm interested on the work you managed to do with the stag handle. The amount of precition in sanding the handle to fit the clients hand size and knowing how hard it is to fit the handle pieces even with wood its impressive that you did that work with the stag handle and it fits very nicely.. Its just beautiful. Very inspiring indeed. Just makes me very glad you are actually willing to do this custom work for the clients as a job for money makes you basicly a saint. People have no idea how much it takes time will power and effort to make artistic individual work like you do. Its just pouring youre soul into a physical form and when its finished you just want to keep it. But youre willing to do this and then just give it away for money. Youre a very generous and kind person. God bless you.
Beautiful work. You should take great pride in your craft
Ooo man what a absolute beauty.. never fails to impress my buddy great job on that one
Nice
With regards to your respirator troubles, your beard is probably preventing your respirator from forming a seal with your face, you can test to see if the respirator is properly sealing by covering the filter cartridges' openings with your palms and attempting to inhale, if the respirator pulls to your face and holds there it is sealed properly if not something is preventing an airtight seal.
Beauty ! Is it possible to torch a stag pattern on just regular bone ?
I am a lady and I like pretty things. That is gorgeous!
Damn, this guy has such an interesting accent. It's like a mix of an Irish accent and a American/Canadian one lol.
It’s a Newfoundland accent.
The finish you've put to every aspect of the knife is beautiful 🙏🙏🙏🙏
On a personal level, I'm not 100% convinced about the swell of the scales - I understand *why* you've done it, and you've done it flawlessly - but IMHuO, it overpowers the blade... On something like a Bowie or machete, yes, that swell wouldn't overpower the blade, and I have to admit, I would have simply wanted it flat, even if it meant losing that exterior texture, but of course, it's not my knife, and I'm sure Javier will love it 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Fantastic work as always 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I really appreciate your work and skill, but I don’t think there is enough stag left. They also seem too thick. Will it still fit in the pouch? The file work looks great. Thanks for the content.
Those thumb studs cost a couple of bucks on amazon, !!
Great video Kyle as usual I got a question for you tho if you can choose 3 of your stones to start out which 3 would it be ? I know I want that blue black but what would you choose? Thanks btw
may have to buy one from you
What grit paper do you end with before polishing?
❤❤❤
Did you put the opener back on it?
That would be the one I would want 100% does that mean if the person has the buck 110 but does not have the stag , do you have the stag as like in that excellent video ?
Yes sir!
stud is a Kiwi Amazon
Beautiful job, Kyle! I have been considering sending in my 110 for you to do a custom job on it since the first 110 customizing video of yours that I saw a few years ago. You might see it yet! Just love your work!
That’s actually not an “older” knife, the date code on the blade indicates 2007.
Setscrew thumb studs are available on Amazon for $9
I want it damn it
does the grinder ruin the heat treat?
What do you charge to make a knife look that good
Kile how can I get my custom 110 elk silver??
❤🙏🏽
You work on all different brands names?
Have you customized a auto 110 or 112 yet?
Yeah I hate the smell of horn or bone when cutting or grinding. It sticks with you also
