I had an installation problem because the table top was not level with the Under frame. If you have the same problem, let me know in the comments to explain a trick to work around this problem

I have recently assembled a unit with a manufacturing date of January 2024, and it was without any flaws. I think Ikea has made some revisions to prevent the bent under-frame issue.
I just bought mine 2 days ago and couldn't figure out how to extend the top 😂😢. Awesome video

Can anyone suggest how to get it to slide with the gap problem? Will try a bit of cardboard under the slide bars again.. fab video by the way..thankyou just wish i had known about your video and the defect before i built the table😂
was you able to figure out how to get around the defect? I have one to build for 2nd time as Ikea gave me replacement due to the defect. Just dont want the same issue of the gap and wobble

Hi, can you show where you placed the cardboard for the defect please?
Hi, in the assembly of the 5 brackets that go in the guide, if I screw one side than the others go out of the guide and so it is not able to slide smoothly. It seems that the table is not completely flat. Should I deform the brackets or do you have any other suggestions? Thx

Middle sliding bar rail holes don’t line up to table side bars. Which is making tabletop uneven.
There is a problem with the balance of the table. I put a piece of cardboard to balance the rail and the surface

Can you use the leaf without swiping the table counter to the left, put it up? I’m short on space. Because of that i can only use the table with leaf if the table counter stays in it’s place.
This can only be done if you add something to support the leaf .
Tried getting answers but unless you pay cant fix the bloody problem

i put in the piece at 4:00 upside down and for the life of me i cant get the screw from 4:19 to come out please helpppp

I think yes. But what for ? You can buy i sample table
@@th3blogger didnt have the space for drop leaf. I assembled it, looks great. used self tapping screws on silver z brackets to keep tabletop in place. skipped the sliding/hinge instructions. still have the parts if i desire a different look in the future

@@07gl0bal With pleasure. Unfortunately No picture now. But put a piece of cardboard under the iron piece to lift it up a bit and fit into its slot
Anyone...is it sturdy enough for an ELDERLY man to put lots of weight on it while he gets out of his chair?
Maybe if he lifts from the main table part and not the leaf.
