    This looks super flattering on your skin, despite you saying it was just a tad bit lighter. I just bought this product recently and found your review to be very helpful. Thank you!

    I've had this foundation in my shopping cart on sephora for a couple months now, but I'm sold now! My oily skin needs this!

    I have dry skin. I have the even better foundation SPF 15, which I love. Should I also get this matte one too or stick with the one I have?

    I remember itsjudytime loves this foundation! I wonder why I never tried it... I use their sunblock, balm makeup remover, stay matte powder, and acne solutions cc cream. 😂😂😂 Gonna try when I probably have extra cash! 😊

    What moisturizer do you use? I want to try this foundation. I have the becca primer and I know that a moisturizer has a lot to do with how the Foundation will perform.

      Right now I've been using the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair cream because I do have very sensitive skin and it does a good job of moisturizing any dry areas without causing all my face to be oily and I find the foundation lays beautifully

    Question: I bought the travel size Step One Primer and it feels very super drying on my face. What kind of moisturizer do you use? i tried using a oil free moisturizer and the Makeup Forever primer and it gave me these white patches before i even applied foundation. The loreal pro-glow in particular is giving me oil rather than glow and this primer isn't working for me. I have combination skin, can you recommend a good moisturizer with SPF?

    • @TheMexicanBeauty
      @TheMexicanBeauty  Před 8 lety

      When you use the primer do you directly apply it on your face if so trying kinda rubbing the product out on the back of your hand and the apply it on to your face so it doesn't go on so thick I had the same issue and by kind of spreading the product out it helped me not have that white patch feel. I would recommend trying the Tarte clean slate primer I love that one because it's a little more moisturizing or the Mac Prep + Prime Face Protect SPF 50. For moisturizer right now I've been loving the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream because it moisturizes well yet takes care of any little dry areas without leaving you oily

    okay so I'm planning on buying it thanks to you!! but are you sure I don't use powder on top of it? :'\ I want it for everyday foundation to go to school

    • @TheMexicanBeauty
      @TheMexicanBeauty  Před 7 lety +4

      Jacob Black I think a translucent powder would be okay! Or even just setting it with a setting spray!

      TheMexican Beauty Thank you so much!! I'm sorry I'm a beginner but I'll look up a good translucent powder then

    Did you like this one more than the Urban decay all nighter foundation?

      So I actually honestly really do LOVE this one more than the Urban Decay just because this one kept me soon matte like one of the best foundations for real oily skin people. The Urban Decay is amazing too but the Clinique stayed matte for longer. I would say if you can't decide get samples for both at Sephora!

      @KMT-jb5mv Před 8 lety

      Ok so i tried both and I totally see your point. I love the finish in both but I like the Clinique better for every day use.

    I have combination skin that can get a couple of dry patches esp now it's getting colder (I live in uk), do u reckon it may be a little do dry and matte on my skin as I like my foundation to look natural? X

      Bethan Rees I would recommend the smash box 15 hour hydrating foundation you will LOVE that especially during the cold time when you may have some dry areas!
