Hi Woody, exactly! Children often come to us more highly evolved than us clever adults, and more in touch with nature to teach us the lessons we need to learn. This is a great reminder that NO CHILD would ever think to play the drums crossed unless they're told it's the 'right way'! Your son is lucky to have you guiding him:)
@@ChrisLessoDrums That's very kind of u. To b fair, it's our incredible luck to have access to utube, and drummers like yourself, Thomas Lang, Simmons, etc, that have shown me there is a better way. And open handed drumming makes total sense. Appreciate your content Chris. ✌️🇦🇺

I hear you about CZcams, I grew up in a small town with NO info, I did soooo much wrong at first, and I've been blessed to have incredible teachers show me a better way as well, which I share with my drum community.
