One way traffic. This is the reason for the classes in draught. A contest between a welterweight versus a heavyweight player. No surprises at all with Abu National demolishing Atonsu in ruthless fashion. Atonsu is a good player, but he had no chance against the serial Champion Abu.
Abu will give 4 marbles to Atonsu and chop three towards the crown. If Atonsu chops that marble given to him, Abu will give him another to chop like what we call (tete) to the same marble Atonsu used to chop Abu's marble. Then Atonsu's marble going towards the crown will be returned to chop (that is where the trap is).
So guys, am still surprised that Atonsu got frightened by the shouting of a “ supposed” doom by Abu on the last game and gave up without chopping backwards. I have taken time to screenshot that last game and examined it several times. Abu just COULD NOT go to CROWN or WIN Atonsu if he had CHOPPED that marble backwards, at all. The guy would have given him a second draft to chop backwards with the intention to get to go to Crown, but this last backwards draft WOULD NOT ADD UP to the ones he though could have sent him to CROWN. MISS-CALCULATION ON HIS PART. Guys just screenshot the last game and prove me wrong. I bet u on any match, I will fly back to Ghana and play you. Unfortunately Ytube won’t allow you to add pictures to comments, I would have shown you the screenshot of the game with diagrams to prove the winner DID NOT Win that last game. Atonsu just gave up too early.
@@francisasiedu6969 ok. You are right. I reviewed it again. After chopping backwards, Abu was going to give him a second backward on the same marble. Once Atonsu chopped, then Abu would call Atonsu’s marble that was once step to crown to chop backwards, adding up the sequence for Abu to chop three to the position that you just pointed out. I agree now. You are correct.
Abu was recently in Nigeria....Top notch talent that belongs to the same class of Doubra....They were meant to meet and battle it out only for the differences in distance and schedule of the game..So I'm of the believe either player will edge their country patterns of play....
@@stilladex2324 Our champion, Abu, was defeated by Ruben... what are the chances of him being able to stand against Razaki, then Doubra?? Well... I'm just being real here... but games are games.
The rules as applied in the respective countries will play a major role in the final outcome. With regards to the Lagos competition, which ended with a grand final between Abu (Ghana) and Reuben (Nigeria), the latter won the ultimate simply because of the rules as it were in Nigeria. The very last game that crown Reuben the winner, should have been a drawn, because it was not possible for the players involved to win. However, with 4 seeds of Reuben as against 3 seeds of Abu, the winner was decided on who was playing faster as determined on a timer. With this in mind, it is my considered view that a contest between Abu (Ghana) and Doubra (Nigeria) will be close, however I still think Abu will be too strong for Doubra.
@@niiadjeteytettey4326 well said... "....I still think....". We hope they meet oneday and that settles it, lest we keep attributing glories to wrong persons.
Poor video recording...how can u be recording around whilst the final is ongoing...that should be done before the game start...learn and do better next time
U r amateur If Atonsu had chopped the marble that he refused and gave up,Abu wud v given him.another to chop backwards, then Abu will set the trap with Atonsu's marble which 'seemed' to be going to crown. So Abu will chop three towards crown, meaning no crown for Atonso
So who was that person talking entirely all the time, it’s unprofessional. TT you know that and you just watched him do that. This is a tournament that requires brain works . If the talking was from both participants it would have been fair but for him to support Abu and throwback on Atonsu’s words against Akyerem didn’t sound right . Abu needed a player at his level not Atonsu. It’s just like a beginner playing a professional. Thanks again TT for showing us this tournament. Bless up 🙏🏽
I don't know what Abu is saying but I had him repeatedly mentioning Nigeria. Nigeria is not his mate in draughts. Please tell him. He is playing rubbish has am watching him here. His opponent lack professional skills
He would have been Nigeria champion if not bad rules and stealing.....he didn't even have enough time to practice yet he was second ....no Nigeria champion can stand Abu if fair game takes position
Atonsu need to play more often against the drought grandmasters to raise his level. His game lacks depth as he doesn't seem to be looking as many moves ahead as the big competitors of this tournament. A player should be able to see at the very least 20 moves ahead to even get a chance to compete. Atonsu is nowhere near this performance.
Nice game to both players... Abu national well done and Atonsu just take it like you're up coming, one day you'll also beat him. Try harder 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Game like this you dont have to play trap. Just cut cut n go your way
He dey set trap for who sabi pass am
I laughed when I heard eiii Abu have collet this competition again 😂😂😂😂😂
Atonsu has advanced paa. I knew him from Pankrono as a very young promising guy. He has done well❤
pls we need to see some of nii aryee or kickway's games
Abu national will remain champion always every single moves of his marbles is a trap to watch.
@botwedraughtsclub please keep the camera on the game. we would like to see the game from the first move.

The Last game at 44:29 yeah it’s a chop, but could someone explain how National ended it.

This is the second time Atonsu has met Abu in 2022 and 2024. All didn’t end well for Atonsu.
2022
Abu(5) - Atonsu(0)
2024 final
Abu(5) - Atonsu(0)
Abu is a natural talent and God gifted. Abu is Messi and Atonsu is C. Ro
These are great thinkers and smart computer programmers if given the opportunity.
Abu is 100% advance than atonsu … Atonsu is just a toddler but the mouth ooo 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Abu be funny pass 😂❤
Ernesto you are doing well. Opaka1 is proud of you

wrong. in the last game, Abu’s marble would’ve ended just beside Atonsu’s last marble on his left side. and that’s a step to crown. review it well

exactly 👍🏽
Where did they play this
Please can the team put the small mic on their shirt for the voice
It won't add any value
That's a great idea. It will heighten the passion and make the video more enjoyable
Just asking. Who will win?
Abu National (Ghana) v Doubra (Nigeria).
Never compare Abu to Doubra... I am Ghanaian but I can bet Doubra will beat Abu like a kid
