This is not fault of Anant. For people who are 150 Kg or more, it is impossible for them to reach and maintain 70 Kg of weight. I had read a reputed medical journal which showed only 1 out of 1200 people can do that. For such high BMI person, he has to workout 12 hours per week, leave all rice/oil/roti. For whole life!!
I was myself 140 Kg, I reached 80 Kg and 90 Kg twice in my life but gained it back in 2 years both times despite being very cautious. I am now 70 Kg from last 3 years, but was able to achieve this with bariatric surgery. It is a life saving surgery, and everyone should consider it. Bariatric surgery removes your body tendency to go back to your obese BMI.
