I have not used them myself or have met them. However, I do follow their content and find that they know what their doing and work to a high standard.

Walaikimsalaam, yes, the bills are included. You are extended to top up Toiletries if they run out. However I have joined the boycott of Airbnb so I no longer use them or recommend them to anyone. I have cancelled my account with them due to their support for ongoing support of the IOF
