- Today I broke DISNEY Dreamlight Valley with mining the same rock and never picking up the drops. INSANE gem field in DISNEY Dreamlight Valley. Is mining a good money making method.

To be fair, you mined some of the lowest tier rocks in the game. Had you done your experiment in the Plateau or the Forgotten Lands you would have made far more money since diamonds are far more valuable.

I did something similar but with flowers. I want wood to spawn in particular spot so I don't run around to find it. So I dropped flowers under the trees I don't want wood from. There's so many flowers in some biomes that there's nothing else spawning right now in those biomes.
I need to pick them up but it's going to be so long, I'm tired just thinking about it.

So that's what the gem field was, it looks awesome tho and a but weird too that you can just mine a random rocks and just get stuff

One of the main reasons why I believe the gems have respawn times is because the rocks spots you hit respawn also and half the time you get coals and stone and no gems
Why was cleaning the items up so satisfying to watch..
I do see a lot of memories over by the other rocks, so did they fly off from the hitting too? Me thinks they did lol, otherwise not sure how else you gathered so many in one area? 🤔
I'm glad I don't have too large a pumpkin patch lol, so my object limit hasn't reached too close to the limits yet lol, I also mainly pick everything up, apart from when my buddy gets stuck (Beast mainly, he's forever getting stuck when I mine with him lol) and then I miss where it dropped, I normally then find it when I'm with my foraging buddy though lol!
One million hours later....oo that is fascinating, comparing the ones on Dazzle beach and the Forrest may be fun, as Aquamarine always seems to be a butt to get when there's a duty but that may just be sods law! 😅
Bet 90% or more of the memories turn into coins lol! 😂 The odds with those are never good!
Those are the cheaper rocks though lol, diamonds and amethysts sell for more I believe. I can go do three trips around my whole valley and make 30 to 60k easy lol, varies depending on number of shinies, if you use a potion then you can make even more! I generally use the potions for the duties though to improve my odds lol!
It's down to personal preference though, if I'm doing something else then I'll sit and cook pumpkin puffs to make money, as I find it too repetitive, but I like mining, I find it nice and relaxing! 😊

Every time I mine something I just pick stuff up manually lol
Also half the time when I mine the pieces just sometimes fly directly towards me and my character just collects it
It's interesting how it "randomly" fell down in a grid formation.
I tried it, it falls down in the nearest available space. And overtime it will form a grid layer like this.

fyi u didnt break the game. theres a world item limit (600) in the game. you can see the current count by going into Build mode, top-right
That's furniture limit, I was at about 350, there is a separate object limit it looks like.
@@mrStarInSky it's not just for furniture; food items, gems, holes and ingots count towards that 600 as well. Soil, clay, any wood, stone, coal, clams, oysters, and scallops do not count against that 600 though. Also as an edit I discovered memories count against the 600 as well.

So what happens then when you reach your limit with memories? Can you not get more? When you say memories do you mean the glowing orbs?

Also I don’t think you broke the game really I think it’s just the fact that you needed to pick stuff up after mining in order to place stuff down and the gems do have respawn times so I don’t think the peridots are more commons than the garnets I think it just depends on when the gems respawn in the rocks after you collect them you can find them in groups of 50 at a time. Since I have like multiple chests in my house and extra chests outside that Iam filling up with gems plus sometimes with certain rocks when you go to hit them you just get coal and stones half the time. So Iam sure the gems do have respawn times and they aren’t always placed in the same rocks as before half the time and by same rock I mean like sometimes the red gems/the garnets are on one side of the meadow then sometimes they are on the other side of the meadow same with the peridots
No never sell the gems you need them for crafting
Hey, i do have a question. When i may the chars in this game to lvl 10 some will give you clothes(dresses in my game )so but there is the Problem when i get my Vaiana to 10 she have me a dress but i dont know where to find It. Its not in my inventory or in the collection. And that happend 2 Times and its really sad cus i love these dreses but now i dont know what to do are they gone 4 ever?
Did you beat their lvl 10 friendship quest?
+Deku_chan:if they gave you dress for helping them it doesn’t go into the inventory it goes into the wardrobe section under dresses or under the costume section depending on the item itself. Did you check the wardrobe section it’s below the inventory tab and above the furniture tab.
+Deku_chan:it also goes under top,pants..etc… so Moana’s level 10 friendship dress should be under wardrobe under the dress section if you beat her level 10 friendship quest.

The gems somehow are also minerals since you mine for them.
+Christopher Hancock:Iam sure it’s not coal or Iron so Iam guessing it would have to be the gems since it usually says sell or sold 2 minerals when you give the gems to goofy if you end up selling certain gems even though there are good reasons not to sell the gems also since you need the gems for crafting
