    This was my favorite! I used to always eat this as when I feel like I want to reward for myself at that chain restaurant Matsunoya. Seeing this brings back so many good memories. Thank you for always coming up with amazing recipe!

    Marc, also forgot to mention the tippsy sake service is excellent. I live in Japan, all of my family in and friends are in California. They love the sake choices and are big fans of that service

    Please just be yourself.. it just seems you are trying soo very hard to please everyone... some people just can ot be pleased enough.. I think you must have your own very kind nature and it does mean alot that you make that extra effort to please... but it can't be held up forever.. it will tire you evenually... id hate to see that happen 😢... you teach us well and I thank you soo much for sharing your recipe with us 😋👌

      Thanks for the thoughtful words, but I genuinely love food and I'm here to help people learn how to become better cooks, so I doubt I will ever tire of that. If I quit CZcams, it will be for other reasons. 😅

    Great tip on washing the oysters. I was looking for how to make these as I had them with some uni cream sauce at a Izakaya here in Canada. Such a awesome combination.

      These videos will be for a long time, so no need to rush😉 I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed this one. As for the sake boxes, the holiday set was a December only, but they have a lot of sake sets you can check out. Enjoy the rest of your week!

    Between the slime and the grime, I can't see myself making these too often. hahaha
    Nevertheless, you made it GORGEOUS like only you know how to do! That black plate...the way it offsets the green and the brown/tan of the oysters...oh, MAN!!! =)

      Thanks! It's kind of funny because I used to love eating oysters raw when I lived in the US, but I tend to cook them here in Japan.

    I think this is a way Oysters would actually taste good. Because I am always turned off by their slimyness.

    • @NoRecipes
      @NoRecipes  Před 2 lety +1

      Thanks! Frying them definitely changes their texture. Parts of the oysters will have a texture more like cooked clams, and parts of it will have a texture that's similar to scrambled eggs. I hope you enjoy them!

    Hi, what type of Flour did you use for this dish?

    • @NoRecipes
      @NoRecipes  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Namy, do you mean the brand of flour? If so, I can't remember but I think it was a flour from France. But the brand doesn't really matter and any all-purpose flour will do.

    I will never desire to eat oysters raw, especially after seeing the filthy rinse water in this video. I considered trying oysters Rockefeller but not sure how well they are cooked. But I might try this recipe, knowing they are well cooked all the way through.

    フライはバッター液をつける前に打ち粉をしないと、衣が牡蠣から剥げちゃうよ。マークは良く知らないんだな。。

      コメントありがとうございます。バッターを使う理由は、小麦粉と卵の2段階の工程を省くためです。動画でわかるように、パン粉は問題なく牡蠣にくっつきます。
