Greetings Poly Prophet. This was a great adventure. Those picking piles were amazing. Please don't get hurt or injured. God bless your family always. Family friendly channel
Hi Poly so happy to see this video, so excited to watch you. Stay safe ❤️
Wow great job. Storage unit looking good!!
Some really good scrap on that run Poly. It all adds up in the end. Can't get over how many BBQs there were. Keep up the good work mate.
Nice job squaring up those bbqs. You were able to pack them full of odds and ends. Nice load today! Tc
Super Cool and am happy to watching your video awesome
I love watching your channel I like the way you said that the brass it’s all adds up those two little pieces The first stop you left those stools the dog cage and the other white metal That light metal adds up to
Yes that’s true 🙂
Good morning Poly. Great vid to start the day.
My boy and I are about to head off and pick up a few loads of scrap from a old farm. Should be very interesting.
Nice one Ray! I hope it’s got good access. I’ve been to a few farms where I couldn’t get my trailer near it 🤦♀️
I love to watch you sweep the trailer out it's neat!
What a workout with your scrap gym. Great video
You hit a jackpot with both turn ins. Great job. Lots of scrap today. Thanks for sharing enjoyed watching. It’s always a good one. Nice gift from Jason. Take care kiddo hugs to all. 🥰
I watched this yesterday but must have missed the first hour! So watched it all again. Lol. ❤
😁😁
Hi Poly, Wow, what a totally, fulfilling video! Such a great job you do. And such a long one. This was an exceptional video!! Thank you so much!!
Field dressing grills today! I knew you could do it. Great haul today - not quite as thick as usual but still a great day. Happy Hunting,
I’d say the BBQs are the reason it wasn’t heavy lol Thanks Nacho 🙂
@@PolyProphet I had a beefy smoker last week. Easily 250+
Well hello poly amazing to see another video hope yu have amazing day and a very amazing weekend
Thanks Brenda. Always good to see your comments. Enjoy your weekend 😊
hello poly I'm watching from the Philippines godbless in your family from Philippines 🙏🙏
Hi Nena! One day I’ll visit your beautiful country 😊
Glad you had a nice day for pickin, have a great weekend my friend 🤙🏼✌🏼✝️🥰 much love to you and your family
Super glad you sounded better..
Lovely that end music 🎶
Love seeing you organize that junk
So satisfying but hoping you would have gotten more at the second haul.
But the storage locker haul was well worth all on that separating!!
Fun to watch you go through stuff!
Great job 👏 👍🏼
Thank you so much! I think the BBQs were the reason the load was light. Still learning trying to find what works 😊
Should throw all toaster and small stuff into the Dish washer and washers..use up All the space
I really appreciate all of your videos get you some rest and have a blessed one
That item at 1.11.21 is a gas bunsen burner. Big day for BBQs, I think you could have put them up on end when you took the sides off. Microwaves galore !!. 👍
Oh yeah it is thanks A! Cheers for the great advice 👍👍
I love how you causality take your time and collect up raking in the dollars good job 👏 👍
Thanks mate. It doesn’t always go that way but it’s the goal 😊
The blue thing at 1 hr 5 is an arch roller, it's used to roll the wheel arch on car's when people lower their car's to fit the wheels better
Thanks mate. I had a feeling 🙂
Love it!! Great haul!!!❤❤❤😊😊
Always look forward to see a new video from you Poly. Greetings from Virginia USA.
G’day Adam! Glad you’re enjoying them my friend 😁
Morning boss. Good day out to have lunch payed for
Morning mate. It was a cracking day out and always work up a mad appetite 😁
That double grill action was awesome!
I love to watch a man work! 😀👏👍
Ja się cieszę jak masz taką fajną sumę na fakturze, pozdrawiam
Another awsome video my friend
Good morning!!!
Great video ...always amazing x
It was remarkable that they broke down all the workout stuff like they did!
Yes usually they are put together and really awkward to load 😁
Fantastic video
It looked like a beautiful day for scrapping.
Hi nice haul again and a good payday. You left the figurine out did it fall on the street. Also you should have taken the indome. They last a longtime. Just like cup of noodles but more expensive.
Yes I totally forgot about the figurine 🤦♀️ I thought about the noodles though there was condensation inside the plastic that scared me off. We recently bought ourselves a box too 🙂
When I go trash picking and find bicycles I don’t need them
Well said
All those microwaves you got before some other scrapper steals them nice work
If you come across ceiling fans they have a really good amount of copper. Worth keeping.
Good to have your video on a wet, cold sat here in vic ,it was good you got new gloves sent to you .good load.
Those old school electric irons have copper water tanks sometimes.
Thanks for the info Martin 👍👍
Nice video 👍👍
Only been subscribed a few days and I’m hooked 🤣 keep up the great videos? All the way from the uk 🇬🇧
Thank you mate 🙂
I just got done scrapping today. Because i don't have a means of transport yet, I was pushing a wheeley chair home my bucket full of stuff and a couple of heavy steel bars wedged in. I was sweating like crazy, but you're right, it's really fun.
I love your work ethic Russell! Some say the harder you work the luckier you get 😊
@@PolyProphet Perhaps. Thanks man.
i'm going to let you get all the scrap seeing that i'm gonna be layed up for about 8 months to a year,i shattered my shin bone now i have 14 titainium plates and numerous screws that {hms} is sneaky slid off the flatbed and onto my shin.great video look forward to many more.onto the next adventure
Ohh that sounds so painful mate! Hoping for a speedy recovery 🙂
Хороший подарок и,главное, нужный!!!
Love it 😍 Great video as usual 😊
You need a cord box barrel bucket for the Bach off the truck
Hey Darren. I did try that a couple times though I didn’t like it taking up a space. I don’t mind it filling the gaps though 🙂
Welcome back bro 😀😀😀 damn that was a nice heavy load in the beginning 🙃🙃🙃 you left the perfume that could bring out your girly site bro 🤣🤣🤣 the BBQ man 😂😂😂 i love this so much digging in the trash 😍😍😍 only two little shit bikes' good job 😛😛😛
😂😂
I wish American's knew how to load like you do. More metal or non ferrous the more $😊
Brother I often think the same as others when you find bikes that could be re-used but...... you've not got the extra space needed to donate so GRAB THEM ALL bro💯after you pass them the garbos take them 99% of the time do dont feel guilty brother 😁grab them ALL!!!!!!!💯😁
Yeah your not wrong mate. I’m actually considering getting another storage unit to keep more. Hopefully before the end of year 🤞😁
@@PolyProphet hi again bro, just clarifying that I mean grab them all for scrap for now mate💯 the next guy after you is either going to do the same or it be the garbage mans💯 if charities want to get free bikes like you, they should be out there like you looking for them 💯💪🏽😁 you can't be renting a space to stock things you'll give away free 💯
I was planning on selling them among other larger items and keeping it in the second unit. You’re right though I should’ve grabbed them to scrap especially because they weren’t full size bikes.
Hi from New Zealand, I used to do the same. I made more out of garage sales than scrap. I can see how things work (If I just don't know then SCRAP). it's amazing what people throw away but older "not new humanity has become a throw away People " people can make a little money if they just take the time.😊
Yes if you know what to look for, the resell definitely earns more 💯
The payout at the beginning was impressive! Every bit really does add up. Enjoy the nice weather, it's been beautiful out here in New England too.
Poly another top video mate, its great to see you have fine weather down there ,it,s raining and windy up here in Queensland and i,m out of action for a while so no scrapping for me for a while, take care mate keep up the good work
Hope you get back on track soon mate 🙂
@@PolyProphet thanks mate i,m sure i will i,ve got too much scrapping to do
You can use furniture shavings on the oil spilled into the trailer, always keep a bag in your vehicle. Yes :)
Thanks mate 🙂
The blue roller for flearing your guards on a vehicle
Ty 🙏
Hope you made out very well😊
Спасибо за видио🙏
Sei un grande uomo 👍👍👍
If more people went scrapping Bunnings would take a bit of a hit in their tool's sales. 😁😁
😂😂
Grill valves and side burner are all aluminum and brass.. seems you only take the pressure regulator off.
Boa Boy vc e esperto❤❤❤
Thank you again. Lots of junk
Must be nice having no competition and be able to cherry pick what you want, most scrapping channels i watch clear everything regardless if it light weight. And they don't have time to inspect everything they pick up as if at a yard sale ...but i guess that's why your channel is different. Happy scrapping 👍👍
I like how you’re open minded about doing things differently. A lot of the time people are dismissive of what’s different and say that they hate it. Cheers John 🙂
Merci 👍👍👍🇨🇵
Hello Polly!
look forward in watching your videos. I noticed in one of your stops you found a figuring maybe a brass from India piece you left it on the bar between your truck and trailer were you keep your magnet. Did you pick it up? Or did you forget and drive off?
I totally forgot about it 😅 Thanks Lupe
I was getting nervous. I thought we were going to have a video without fans.
😂😂
🤙
I am only guessing, but its an educated guess, that the guy seen here and in recent videos at the steel pile and being good for assisting in the unloading is a newcomer who has come over from abroad to try his hand at the Australian thing. He is or was maybe not totally up to speed with all the operational skills and procedures at the facility but he shall sooner rather than later get there.
The bro is an Afghan refugee. I like his temperament and attitude to hard work 🙂
Хороший денёк для металлиста 😊
Hey mate, interesting video! I manage the Super Gardens fleet (1:19:00 mark).... any chance that tailgate is still up for grabs?
Cheers and keep up the good work!
G’day Jason. I’m so sorry mate. I should have reached out but I was rushing and scrapped it. Apologies again mate. Thank you for the support 🤙🤙
@@PolyProphet figured that'd be the case! No stress mate 👌
👍
Yo Mr Poly, I donate the bikes i find to the Orphan Grain Train, they may have a team in your area? On another note, you have the most solid scrapping channel on CZcams!
Thank you mate! I’ll look them up 🤙🤙
Pretty light metal items, but every pound counds for the scrappers. I don't agree with you, to leave back so many recyclable metals. From every option you have enough space for these at your truck and your trailer. That means more money for you, and secondary the protection of the land field ftom these trash metals.
Hi there. I’m learning more every scrap run. I know I can’t be perfect but I’ll always try my best. I hope to find the right balance and would love more storage space to keep more to resell. Thanks for your support 🙂
Real shame you didn’t record the first off load at the scrap yard !
Yeah true. Unfortunately their radio was on and they swearing their heads off 😂
I don't know if you've ever done this but when you go to your storage shed have you ever filmed you clean and stuff at your storage unit no I don't want to see you we're arranged things I just want to see you work on your stuff and strip it down at the storage unit and then put it in your trailer haul it out to the yard
I actually did do this during our first lockdown. We weren’t allowed to go street scrapping but were allowed booked pick ups. I used to haul it back to my storage and film the break down. I’ll try to incorporate some in the future. Thanks Scott 👍👍
Office chair base and arms are aluminum
❤
My first video of yours I watched you skip over so much stuff, but I get it now. Weight is everything, and you're doing incredibly well managing your space-to-weight ratio... Do you ever pick up the stuff you skipped over with the empty trailer on the way back home? Just a bit of trucker logic, never does pay to pull empty.
Yes you get it! If I have time I sometimes pick up what I skip. Time is always short though. Thanks mate 🙏
Yay. Awesome stuff here. Why didn’t you just grab that whole box of hooks and tools and stuff and go through it later?
Sometimes I do 🙂
2930 that was for the first load.
I would clear out your old stock from your storage unit first of all.
I do like to stack things to make it a solid scrap session. Like doing 20 fans in a row. I think overall it saves time because by the 4th fan I’m in the groove. Thanks for the advice Anthony 🙂
NICE Load! Don't seem right that you scraped that tailgate with the company name on it. It may have accidently fell off their truck. Thinking you should have reached out to the company first. It still amazes me How Many curbside piles you come across there. Like the people that live there randomly feel like purging their stuff or move around alot. We usually come across one, maybe Two piles like that. Usually from someone moving or when the weather changes and people feel the need to do what we call spring or fall cleaning and purge their old stuff. Still loving your trailer!
Initially I thought just get it off the road, then I thought they could replace it and claim it on tax, but fair call. I may do differently if it happened again.
I think it’s people moving/evicted and purging or ‘spring’ cleaning. There’s also smaller properties here so more properties per block. More chances of hard rubbish being out 🤔🙂
Do you know that some of them BBQ hood lid are made out of standard steel Just use a magnet on them ok
Syper 👍👍👍💕
never seen a ocd scrapper before lol
Haha I hope you got an eyeful mate 😂
Hi polly
Hi my friend 👋
I don't know if I have asked you before, but do you open the bottom of the washing machine & tumble dryer before taking it to to see their is any money or jewellery in the bottom
Yes I always open the drain on washers and tear dryers apart 🙂
The bikes
😄👍👋👋
Hello mate just curious why can't you not find a nice container that you can put in back of your pickup to put all your cords and all your small pieces a brass just asking you do one heck of a job take care of yourself and check you later
I did trial this for a couple scrap runs though I didn’t like the container taking up a space, and am happy letting it fill in the gaps of the Ute tray. Thanks Michael 👍👍
Hello I'm starting to watch your channel a bit more and wanted to comment something so I wondered why is your trash pickup over where you live different than it is in the US? And another thing I wanted to ask is why don't you open the front doors on your trailer? Wouldn't it be easier when you're parked right in the middle of the truck in trailer at least now that it's empty anyways
From what I understand, our bulk rubbish collection, is different to the rest of our country. Maybe unions fought for it to be this way? No idea tbh.
I usually like to build against the front gate/wall so I don’t bother with opening it.
Thanks for watching mate 🤙🤙
Correction, triple grill!😳😊
😀
Take them and donate them some little kid
Hi there from Maine U.S. love your videos, why don't you take the motors from the vacuums do they have one?
Thank you. I had bad experiences with vacuums before. Stank the whole house out from the garage. Smelt like dog. Not my jam 🤮
Would like to see a video when you take to recycling center
Like the scrapyard at the end of this video?
Bikes 4 life Melbourne charity
Thank you so much for the info Eal! 😊
Whoops. Did you get paid twice for the air conditioner, or did they deduct it from your total weight?
I think I my previous load they paid me twice 🤔
Oh no, you dropped Rajneesh on the road!!!
👍
