    Please don’t ever stop making these group walking workouts. I don’t speak a word of your language and somehow I feel like I’m working out with friends who don’t judge. The constant movement and chatting makes me so comfortable and the workout flies fast this way. I gained a lot of weight in the pandemic year and have several injuries I can’t afford to fix now. I love your walking workouts. They are helping me get back into the swing of exercising again. Thank you thank you thank you! Stay blessed, healthy and beautiful!

    It seems pretty easy at first, but when you actually put up the work, then you will get to know it better.
    Thank you Allblanc for this abs workout will do this workout throughout this Quarantine.
    Will do this workout 3 times a week.
    Start May - 6th
    (Week 1)
    (Day 1)- Set 1 went easily but in Set 2 especially those moutain climbers took my soul out of me. 😅
    Will try to keep you guys updated.
    Sorry guys i forgot to update earlier that's why I'm doing it right now.
    (Day 2) - it was more painful then day 1. Again set 1 went easily except those 2 rounds of moutain climbers were brutal. Set 2 made my abs more sore, but guys it was worth it. I still can't see my lower abs but my upper abs are getting more visible.

    This legit has to be the most accurate representation of workout with crunches. Those remarks about exhaustion were relatable, and the conversation which was flowing around kept me going. ✊✊

    I did up to 13:50 I feel proud of myself for even starting the workout but disappointed that I couldn't finish it. I'm 17 and I weight 280 pounds I've failed so many times before with eating healthy and working out but Now I'm motivated to lose 40 pounds In 2 months before school starts, I'm writing this while dripped in sweat so I can see how hard I worked. I'm sad I couldn't finish it however, tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to try again. You've worked so hard so let's not give up an try again-Emma

    I did this today while wearing my body weights (4kg legs + 4kg waist) - I would definitely recommend it - I really had fun ( I swear I didn’t cry.. LOL ) 😁😁😁
