Months ago I definitely wanted to keeps Fields and draft MHJ. After seeing what Caleb can do and drafting Odunze, we got the best of both worlds. Drafted the best QB of the draft while still adding top-tier WR talent at a STEAL. DJ will continue to ball out and provide more opportunities for Odunze and Allen to get 1-on-1s, and vice-versa. Waldron just needs to design plays to bring the best out of our INSANE WR room which is arguably best in the league. As optimistic as the fans were last offseason, this year feels different!! 🐻⬇️

And velus counted for damn near half of dropped passes they’re ability to get open on man to man coverage and zone coverage is below average they were spark players not consistent threats only kmet and Dj Moore had they’re better seasons that’s it Justin even beat out Khalil in rushing and missed 4 games🤷🏾♂️
@@user-hh3nb8dq5m Most qbs average a lot of YPC because the defense has their back turned. Mooney isn’t a #2 receiver, but definitely a serviceable #3. The game vs Washington DJ Moore was the only we with a reception heading into the 4th quarter. That’s absolutely embarrassing and almost let a team that was having a horrible night back into the game just like all of our close losses last year. Get over it. Fields is gone and isn’t that guy.

#2 needs more carries. His break tackle got to be a 95 or better. He's physical and always goes for extra yards. Even though the offense sputtered , everyone knew it wasn't because of #2

Keep fields but last game against packers went back to first half of the season play calls which were horrible.. moore has 1 highlight from last game we played when he should have multiple ... underused him the last game and kept throwing side passes and running on down 1 and 2 for some reason
I think MHJ is an excellent talent and I cannot criticize his game. I do think the bears need to pass on him and secure the offensive line with the 2 top tackles. Penn St & Notre Dame. I don't see a huge drop off if the bears draft the WR out of Washington , LSU , FSU or etc.. The talent isn't that difference when the QB has time 2 drop back , set his feet goe through his progressions and step into his throws. I've yet to see JF1 be able to do this for 1 game. It starts up front
I'd rather they get a center like Powers-Johnson, if they can get a haul from Washington for the #1, they get MHJr at #2, still have the #9 for OT or can swap back later in the 1st and pick up Powers-Johnson at C and maybe an extra second or third round pick. I have a feeling Poles will be wheeling and dealing picks this upcoming draft
