@@claribeljorgemorales6564 I think this is japan?(not 100% though) where, historically cats were treated as deities and more currently a very beloved animal. I believe most look after them atleast passively/dont terrorize them.
This can be seen by how tame and receptive some are (vs where I live in the states most are super skittish and wont get close unless its someone's specific pet, and not even then often)
Of course this isnt everywhere, but judging by most of the cats we see here they're in good shape for being strays, and likely have numerous homes to go to. They could be fostering some as well, I'd be willing to bet he atleast puts food out for them :)
@@rebeccawhite3731 this is one of the two “cat islands” where domesticated cats outnumber people. People (including this guy) feed the cats in large numbers daily (he even has a video of him feeding them)
