He even left the studio to “take a piss” and left his wife in there, and Opie sent someone to go get him back into the studio when he was taking too long

I actually don't like Dice but Mohrs wife calling Dice is where the real problem started. She is horrible. They were having trouble getting pregnant because Jay was the woman in the relationship & she was trying to be the man.
I mean, 24-to-30 months after this, Jay was schtooping his TV co-star Nikki Cox, and ditched first wife Nicole Chamberlain, whom he did successfully impregnate, but ended up paying all his Pepsi-commercial money to (as alimony). In hindsight, the cheating-on-the-road allegations weren't so very far-fetched.

I'm starting to lean towards "it was a work" -- Mohr bringing his wife into the studio doesn't jibe with his (or her) being legitimately upset about it.
