You have awesome goals and I hope you will achieve them all. I always use a pre-printed reading journal. So much easier for me to use. I have buddy read 2xs and enjoyed it very much and would like to do it again. I, too am not a fast reader. A couple of my readings goals are to read 24 books off my shelf for this year , Buzzword challenge by Booksandlala and maybe another challenge reading that I got off another Booktuber, but I going to put my twist on it using the prompts for the challenge, but using library books and books written by BIPOC authors. I would also like to read 5 classics.
I have a few top goals. To read down my bookshelves, to participate in book readathons, and to stop a book if it's just not right for me. I appreciate how well your goals fit you and your reading life!

My reading journal is a planner. It is good for scheduling. Buddy reads are def a good time. Happy happy joy joy. My goal is to find good books and connect with people.
I love your goals! So far I have discovered that I am sticking to my reading plans now that they are in a reading journal!
I attempted to keep a reading journal for the first time last year but enrolled into a class that took up my time. A journal like this would had been perfect because I would not had to worry with creating the pages for the journal. So this year will be my official first time with a reading journal and I am so excited about it. So many people are doing reading journals now and it helps to connect us all.

I was introduced to the author Anne Petty through your channel. I read The Street and really really enjoyed. I plan to make it my goal to read her entire catalog this year as well. :-) Keep your channel as it is. I love the fact that you read what you enjoy and not necessary what is popular at the moment. This is my goal as well this year. I didn't even set a number of books to read because I want to bring the joy of reading back into my life.

My goals is to read one book a week this year and like you read books I already own 😀

I might add buddy reads to my reading goals. I tend to avoid reading with folks cause of the pressure to read with constraints. But I like to discuss lol. I miss the discussion part of being in a book club. I’ll shoot for 2 this year and see how it goes 😊
