Still risky because here in Canada even you are full time employee they can still easily kick you out of the employment which is more hard for the home buyer later on

Jusko mag-rent na lang tayo. Sakit ng ulo lang yang mortgage. Puro interes lang babayaran mo. Not unless tumama ka sa lotto. Maging praktikal na lang. Wag magpa-budol sa mga real estate agent. 30 years mong dadalhin ang bigat. Pero kung may means ka naman talaga at financially confident, pag-aralan mabuti ang cash flow ng inyong pamilya. Huwag magpadala lang sa pride na makukuha by getting your own house. Be financially literate. Learn how interests work. Learn how mortgages work - it is definitely more than meets the eye. And I, thank you!!! Hahaha

It's cheaper to live in a tent. Land is free. You will even save more money if you bring your own tent on your trip to Canada. Tudope said tents are good enough for for the people.
