I so get it the ocd part and people undermine ocd all the time like boil it down to be ur just clean like I have instrusive thoughts that I feel the compulsion to share luckily after 36 I found Zoloft which has helped me so much the ocd is not gone but I’m able to keep it to myself more and move from intrusive thought to the next more easily

I used to listen to every impaulsive podcast but they were getting a little too much even before, so I’m really excited that you started your own and literally it brings so much joy and I can see you being you again! Great poems from both ya guys! George the words you speak are so meaning, real, true, caring and such knowledge that we all need to hear. We all have some sort of mental issues, some worse then others... many anxiety stemming from not believing and accepting our self worth is valuable and deserving of greatness with errors not perfection is allowed and real in lives..

Talking about hate. I can't even imagine being a celebrity and having so much of it aimed at you. The way I live my life is that if someone doesn't like me, but 90-95% of the people I interact with do like me, then it's not a me problem, it's a them problem. There's nothing I can change about myself to remedy that. I know that if you're famous this doesn't necessarily apply, but to anyone who is struggling with self love and trying to always people please, this message is for you. Give yourself the love that you give to everyone else. God bless
