      You're conflating societal collapse with structural aging upon human alteration (akin to cutting a slab of wood and seeing it warp, or a piece of metal at that). Societies rise and fall. It's a natural thing. Only recently (on the time scale) have we begun abating the natural effects because of globalism. Of course... now we're facing a different issue. The same globalism has hit the planet's resources and functions hard. Now, come the global "events".

    At about 9:17 you showed us a fairly recent excavation of about 2 foot depth into the 'mud'. With a couple of blocks and a stairwell down into some 'chambers'. I just wanted to add that you called them "underground" chambers. But since this entire site is buried under several feet of mud, these 'chambers' would possibly not have originally been "underground". And instead when the "mud" gets removed we will get to see the actual "ground" level of the original site and then the actual underground chambers if there are any... thanks again!

    I have read that when molten rock solidifies it locks in the magnetic orientation of where and when it hardened. Scientists have noted this in layers of molten rock with reversed magnetic fields indicating the Earth's magnetic field has flipped or reversed many times in the past. If this holds true the magnetic field orientation of these blocks should be parallel to the location where they were formed.

      For what reason, possibly?

    • @phaZed9
      @phaZed9 Před rokem

      The magnetization is very interesting. On one hand, it could be a natural magnetite or similar magnetic substance within the grain of the rock. If a compass were surrounded on "all sides" - I would expect it to react more... as in the case of the compass "inside the H". All that to say, I could expect the compass to move while close to another magnetic object... what I wouldn't expect is the compass to dance about! That's impressive, to me.
      I was thinking, rather than the block being "designed" to be magnetic, perhaps this is the result of it being exposed to "something". That 'something' becomes the really interesting question of "what that exposure could have been?" Was it a pulsar beam (possibly caused great heat upon the ancient stones/earth)? Could it be a result of some type of levitation devices that were used by the ancients to build great wonders? Aliens? :-)
      Whatever it is, it's a heck of a thing! To your point, a motor or otherwise rotating device or field would (to our current knowledge), require the field to change periodically to induce "motion".. and as these H blocks seem to bounce around.. well, it really makes you wonder.

      Rotating magnetic fields power basically everything in the modern world

    • @aserta
      @aserta Před 4 měsíci

      Yes... because they had time for that kind of nonsense. Rocks formed in the ground register (upon their cooling from their molten state) the state of the magnetic field our planet has. When these stones were cut, they were cut from the quarry with ONE goal only. To be perfect and flawless for the mason master(s) to achieve their work. The magnetic state seen is a result of that, nothing more. The power of the magnetic field present in the rocks is so weak you can't even register it without either extraordinarily fine measuring devices OR a compass, which is specifically designed to pick up (the otherwise) weak orientation of the loops that form the magnetic field of he planet (look up "magnet paper iron filling fields" - or get yourself a magnetic indicator paper (green colored)).
      There is no magic here, there is no special technology, there is no alter purpose other than the proto-architect's vision to create a temple for a purpose we will never know, because it was never finished and whatever was left was destroyed at some point by imbecile colonizers who looted the place in typical fashion for religious nutjobs.
      If you're curious how the shapes are "perfect" then i suggest you look up how you true up machined surfaces.
      We've been doing these things since the dawn of man.
      It starts with Joe Caveman using a rock to crush seeds. Then Joe's kid makes a rotary mill. Joe's grand kids realize that rubbing two stones together makes them perfectly flat. Joe's ancestors are now rubbing precision ground stones together to true them up after they're used to clean burrs in the surfaces of cast iron plates. They also use precision ground granite slabs, so perfect and flat that you can align a laser beam from one corner to another without it so much as touching the surface, just kissing it. These slabs can be used to transfer a blue dye from the slab to a surface to determine how flat the surface is. The blue spots then hand scraped using carbide tools to bring them to the same position as the ares not touched by the blue dye (which is named Dykem by the way). When Joe's ancestors are done with that surface, be it steel, cast iron or another stone... it's just as flat as the reference stone.
      If i skipped the details and told you "Joe Cavemen's ancestors created a perfectly flat surface without any machines." you would think "aliens" or "magic" is involved. Yet, as is... today we're using basically the exact same methods to create machinery that creates the modern world.
      The only difference between "them" of then and "us" of now is the fact that we've managed to speak to each other across the planet and we've bypassed secrecy or the inability to share information. All the brain power connected has created a new stepping stone for our (Humanity's) advancement. Their intelligence was no lesser than ours, in fact in some areas one can say they were far better adapted to real life and smarter for it. Attributing nonsense and mumbo jumbo to these people is a disservice to the roots of Humanity. It's this kind of crap that keeps up behind. Superstition and bullcrap.
      Educate yourself, be better and maybe you'll be able to go to permanent sleep in the future having laid a step for Humanity to climb once more.

    As someone from a construction background, I find those tie bar cutouts interesting.
    You could argue that a pyramid shape is something that people could have come up with independently. It is, after all, a logical and simple way of constructing a tall structure without high tensile materials.
    On the other hand, these tie bar cutouts that appear in multiple ancient sites across the globe and are generally very consistent in shape, size, and purpose, are something that it would be far less likely to have been invented independently by multiple cultures. There may or may not have been a global monoculture in ancient times, but these tie bars, along with other similarities in construction styles, suggest to me that these cultures knew about each other and traded ideas.

    You may find that if the ancient builders did use bronze plates between the blocks that it wasn't for earthquake proofing rather to keep the inductance between the blocks constant if the magnetic flux density is high on each individual block. Like a series of cells in a battery bank. It would be interesting to see the Q value of the inductance (micro Henry's) per block? the blocks at Giza have copper flecks, I wonder if these blocks have some sort of metals infused in them? I believe you have stumbled onto the reason the blocks show a magnetic field.

      Archeologists do continuously explore these sites with the best technology available to them. However the Peruvian budget for archeology is smaller than the average Hollywood movie. And the country is vast, and dense with archaeology from the last 10,000 years. So it is impossible to just pick one site and dig it up entirely. And if we could we wouldn’t want to. Archeologists see that excavations done just 50 years ago destroyed more information than they discovered. We want to preserve sites for the future, when greater technologies can glean information inaccessible to current archaeology. So we take a slice every few years, take the years it can take to analyze everything discovered, and then go back with new methods and ideas.

    Whether the stone was softened or not, it's clear that the ancients had a way to pour pure stone as we do concrete today... 4 thousand years go by and no one can tell that's it's literally poured concrete. The most simple answer is usually the correct one..

    • @grey8940
      @grey8940 Před rokem +2

      @@brienfoerster well to your argument, that giant obelisk in Egypt is still locked down into the bedrock (aswan) not removed. So I suppose that certainly isn't poured concrete. That being said, many of these megalithic structures can be explained by poured concrete. And even if you disagree surely the stone was softened. But again, the simplest explanation is that Alchemist's could mix together certain kinds of stone and then pour them into molds. Just like modern concrete. They didn't need sound or great heat sources or anything like that. Just the correct mixture of minerals and materials.

    • @paulhargreaves9103
      @paulhargreaves9103 Před rokem +1

      When you pour concrete to build you would pour it into molds (standard size) but these stones are non uniform/ irregular proof they are not poured

    • @drmartinbartos
      @drmartinbartos Před rokem +1

      @@paulhargreaves9103 I understand your argument but actually it's not proof. You assume that the manufacturers could, and wanted to, perfectly demould blocks in all circumstances. That's a big assumption if we don't know the function of the blocks (they don't look to me like they are simply intended for convenient wall construction..). This isn't a mass production exercise, so we shouldn't import our current century mass production expectations. If they wanted to have similar but non-identical blocks, they would use non-identical moulds (in preference to impossible machining).
      To be clear, I regard all the material available as pretty limited in clarity or scientific calibre. I don't pretend to have a settled view on this but I do think it is foolish to assume only a single construction/manufacturing system prevails at any time, (c.f. dome of Pantheon in Rome - part stone, part concrete, part wood at one time). More importantly I think that dismissal of apparently more relevant expert work by others (specifically scanning electron micrographs of samples with localised analysis of different parts suggestive of an organic carbon material in the matrix of the block - which would seem, even to me, to be inconsistent with quarried metamorphic or igneous rock) requires better than just a hand wave; it requires clear scientific and engineering argument - absent from this video or anywhere I've seen to date. For more on that see www.geopolymer.org/archaeology/tiahuanaco-monuments-tiwanaku-pumapunku-bolivia/#Scientific-1 - though I don't necessarily agree with all the opinions/arguments from that source, it doesn't mean the initial data/analytic work is bad.
      For myself, whether blocks are produced by casting or unknown machining, does matter to the interpretation of the significance of any unusual magnetic field, but would not close the investigation either way. As others have indicated, magnetised rock is not unusual (and patterns may yield some dating information as well as other information). However systematically non-uniform magnetisation of a composite block to beyond ambient magnetic field strength, surely implies magnetisation after pouring, and if you think about it, that requires a lot more explanation.. and a non-uniform magnetic field which follows some manufacturing features (as was suggested in a previous video adjacent drill marks) would raise an eyebrow with any open-minded and rigorous engineer.. I still don't know if that's present.
      I think the best way to visualise the magnetic field arrangement isn't video-recording the waving of a poorly visible phone app of unknown provenance, it might be with mag-film - difficult to fake, easy to understand. I arranged to send Brien some sheets a couple of years ago.. still hoping he might use them. If I could afford the tickets I'd go and do it myself.. as someone used to critically scrutinising material, I'm utterly fed up with the looseness/limited rigour of engineering investigation of the related issues, though I do appreciate the good faith opinions of Brien and those he takes on the journey. Ach, well, it's interesting to follow and meantime will sell clicks and tickets.

    The magnetization of these H blocks could have be a result of plasma discharge/lightning -induced during the last catastrophe 12000 +/- years ago which would also explain all the mud buried rock when the water in lake titicaca was ejected from it's basin when the planet tilted 90 degrees...Better yet ask Ben Davidson/Dr. Robert Schoch they might know much more.

    When you put the compass inside the cutouts on the H blocks the compass needle oscillated. This means that if you put a coil inside the cutout electricity would be generated. As they were bronze age then it would be easy for them to make coils.

    While the magnetic field of stones is not disputed, cooling molten stone will "freeze" the local magnetic field. Orientation of the field then on would depend on the cutting of the finished stone. I agree that a machining process was used to create the blocks. Perhaps the location of puma punku has changed from it was to where it is now due to crustal displacement from a catastrophe hence the mud wave that covered the area.

    Mayan depiction of a man crouched in a spaceship...or Mayan space suites. Perhaps instead of space this is all about stone work. The "spaceship" is actually a boring/mining machine. The space suites are PPE for high radiation stone cutting. Perhaps the tech used to carve the stone made the stone radioactive.

    Sandstone's grains, if magnetized, will be randomly oriented, so the overall resultant field will be negligible. Volcanics like basalt and andesite cool slowly, so the magnetized constituents will align with the direction of the ambient field, resulting in a final total magnetization when cooled.

    I also believe all the art we see near and around Egypt may have been from later point in time. Think of it this way. We al can agree those massive stones had to have been moved lifted carved by something more advanced.
    If we can agr with that then, let’s take a look at us modern people. Take a look around your house do you have any carvings or paintings on the actual wall? No. They would have had poster or frames or desks etc.
    The people got wiped out probably over night. Thousands of years went by and a new people started to live in it for hundreds of years. Carved into it and had ideas of how things were made but really they just guessed. And now today we think the same people who built pyramids carved stuff.
    Clearly that’s not the case in South America.
