Is there a performance hit? I have a EVGA 2070 Super GPU
@@citylimitsphoto it depends on your spec and what FPS you get with the iniJFK installed already as to whether you could then also add additional addons in the vicinity like this 🙂
Next cross the pond is going to be incredible! Iniscene JFK to Iniscene Heathrow, hopefully we will have the PMDG 777 to go with it too.
That'll be EPIC!
@@BritishAvgeek will it be available for series x on the marketplace!!
@@chuck176 no idea - someone said the other day you can't delete the Asobo JFK so if that's the case you won't be able to install this one
@@BritishAvgeek oh ok thank you👍
I have another question, what are your thoughts on the pmdg DC-6 I’m thinking of getting it but it’s $60, or I was going to get the 737 anyway when it comes out but the DC-6 looks great
looks fantastic, looking forward to anything the inibuilds team have coming for us in the future
They're big airport addons have really come into their own more recently certainly with optimisation 🙂 just hope they can sort out San Antonio etc
IM SO READY!!!
What's the first route you're going to fly when it releases?
@@BritishAvgeek Probably JFK-KBOS just for a short easy flight then I might go farther like to LAX or something!
This looks great, like every inibuilds product is. Cant wait for those LHR-JFK flights when we get some modern long haul airliners! Great video as always
Thanks Alfie. might have to take Concorde for a spin once again!
@@BritishAvgeek That would be lovely
Loving ini’s KJFK doing some E-Jet and 737 ops from it.
Would love to see ini do KLGA which would be heaps better than Feelthere’s one.
I've waited for years to get a version of JFK (MS or X-plane) that included the lead-in lights along the Belt (Shore) Parkway, which guides you to 13L/R while on the Shore Parkway Visual or VOR/GPS 13L/R. I lived in the area for a decade and always enjoyed seeing the strobes and aircraft flying the approach. Now I get to fly it in VR, finally! 🙂 A critical nav aid in low visibility conditions (fog is common in this area). Not sure why no other developer thought it was important enough to model, but thanks Inibuilds.
It's a spectacular scenery!
looks so good cant wait to grab it, thanks for the vids as always🙌✈💪
You're welcome! Not long to wait 🙌
Excited to add this to my sim! Thanks Luke!!
Enjoy 😊
Amazing! Can’t wait to get this
Thankfully only a day to wait!
Very impressive, nice preview Luke👍
Thanks Rab! 🙌
This scenery is extremely accurate. That terminal 4 is spot on they even have the delta outside check in booths at the beginning of departures. The TWA hotel is right by JetBlue terminal 5 there will be a v2 as terminal 6 is currently under construction which is where JetBlue and Lufthansa will be moving to.
Great to hear! It's a mega airport for sure, they've done a great job capturing some of the smaller details too
I have long awaited for this, now I can fly from dublin to JFK with scenery!!
Have a good flight!
Can't wait to pick this up. I have been wanting a good JFK scenery for a long time as it is my home airport beside LGA
Nice I'm sure you'll love it 😊
Airport looks very well detailed and very well nice. Cant wait for it come out cause am getting it
Nice - what route you flying first?
Fantastic!
Lots excited for this one!!
Interesting, cant wait to fly there
It's fantastic!
Lets go! Now i can get yelled at by JFK tower with HD textures!
😂😂 I can't use the excuse of getting lost from bad textures anymore
Looks great! I'm assuming your 60 fps is with FG and no sort of traffic?
Yes DX12 - Frame Generation On - TAA
Wow loving that bloody awesome.
Great to hear!
Looks fantastic on your system! Would be interested to see this on a mid-range graphics card though...
So many variables though regardless of system - from AI aircraft (FSLTL/AIG etc), through to other airports nearby installed too and all the rest like system spec and the settings within the sim.
As mentioned though - they have toggleable settings in inimanager like LHR and the performance of JFK seemed the same if not slightly better than LHR for me at least.
For reference too I had DD Newark installed nearby, plus feelthere LGA
Great review, just wondering if it works well with Newark?
Yes I had DD Newark installed in the background on my PC to try and push the scenery a lot with my settings/pc to see how it handled it
Love iniscene! Their modelling is perfect! This one will be a major upgrade for my flights🎉
👌 absolutely - and we've added a few Osprey Airways routes from/to JFK ready for Friday too!
@@BritishAvgeek Great! Sadly school finish at 14:15 so I won’t make it home to fly with but I’m planning to do a iniscene hop (Heathrow-Kennedy)
Impressive.
Looks awesome another airport to the list for by later
You can definitely run it with your system!
@@BritishAvgeek yes that is not the problem, its more like I spend lot of money on msfs I bought tha another airport cost about 280 swedish krona with taxes, normaly I by only then they are on sale but not fun fly to or from default airports
@@mps_gaming1898 it's probably cheaper at this point to buy a real aircraft 😂😂
@@BritishAvgeek I wonder .... count how much I have spent last 15 years nooo I dont want know how much it is to way to much 🤣
This airport im buying now.... Now roll on the PMDG 777 and the FBW A380
😁 an epic combination of airport and aircraft addons there!
I'm a KJFK fanatic and am waiting by my PC to buy this airport upgrade as soon as it pops up for sale. New York City's main international airport... Wow!!! I also recommend grabbing the Sam Scene NYC scenery. I got it and again Wow! Along with KLGA(Feelthere), KJFK(Inibuilds) should make for a very realistic NYC ❤👻👻❤
@0:35
@@stephenjones8928 Yup! I'll be waiting that day to smash the buy button.
100% need to add samscene NYC good shout - plus don't forget I had Drzewiecki Design Newark installed too nearby!
Will the people be included with the pc version ?
Yes - and they're toggleable. The footage is filmed on my PC using the actual release candidate for the scenery including all options (except Static Aircraft) toggled on
@@BritishAvgeek Sorry to be a pain but how do you toggle them if you don’t mind me asking ?
Funny seeing these interiors filled with 'Render People' 3D scans. We use the on the daily in our archviz scenes
I'd have to Google what an archviz scene is 😅
@@BritishAvgeek architectural visualisations sir
TWA Terminal is great
Certainly is!
Has anyone with FeelThere KLGA purchased JFK. If so, what is the performance like with both loaded in the sim?
I had that loaded in, plus Drzewiecki Design Newark too on my system though I appreciate it's an incredibly powerful system
We've got a Heathrow and now a JFK, just that elusive long hauler to come, then the sim can have it's wings as far as I'm concerned.
Absolutely - we said last year would be a huge year for MSFS but this seems to be an even bigger year this year for the sim into an absolute powerhouse contender for the top spot
Hope it runs well on my end. My gpu has nowhere 4090 performance. Running an rx6800 16gb. The only scenery that crippled my PC is DD Renton.
Renton was pretty full on for a scenery tbf!
@@BritishAvgeekThis scenery definitely needs a 4090 to run smoothly. Just installed Disabled all the extra clutter and it's maxing out my vram. Oh I have samscene Manhattan installed too!
I'm better off sticking with the default with the freeware enhancement pack 😢
@@caribbaviator7058 what VRAM do you have? My 4090 has a 24GB VRAM (but it's the DX12 - TAA - Frame Gen On that's making the difference I think)
@@BritishAvgeek My rx6800 has 16gb
It would be an insta buy, but on Xbox I cannot delete the Asobo KJFK. I'm afraid overlaying the airports would result in a huge mess.
Ah that seems like an oversight by MSFS on the Xbox side of things!
@@BritishAvgeek is it available on series x!!!!
Wonderful airport, has anyone visited it in real life? I'm on XBOX Series X and curious how the performance is from other XBOX Series X owners that have already purchased this airport
I dont get why they moddeld the airport with so many details. It costs a lot of fps. And how is looking outside of the tower or wants to walk in the terminal? Not everybody has a monster pc😅
What's your point here? Trying to work it out - I mention performance on my system to try and give an idea of how it may compare with each person's system but also it shows what the scenery is like at its best, in it's highest settings. No-one has said everyone has a monster PC and infact 99% don't. The point here is that the bits they have added seem well optimised (did you watch the LHR stream when I ran the same spec and got 40-50fps last week?). Hope you enjoyed the video.
@@BritishAvgeek it was not an attack against you☺️ I mean who would need a complete moddeld aiport? It make it all so fps heavy for most off the people.
@@Patrick_AV ah I know :) the interiors are nice - but like you say not always necessary. You can thankfully toggle features on/off to help improve performance which is a nice touch from iniBuilds (same with LHR)
Its awesome but terminal 1 doesnt have interior
Yeah not all of them do - however, if they ALL did we'd all have 5fps 😅
@@BritishAvgeek Ya true to the core . I got CTD and stutter lots of time so i couldnt fly from there
The real question is how is performance. Not being funny but the last big airport for MSFS (LAX) is performance wise bad. And I have a 3070Ti so no slouch of a gpu. Then again I guess for you it’s kinda hard for you to really tell.
Yep but as I said performance for me sat at 62fps in 4K the whole time which I found incredibly surprising. Hopefully this then translates to good performance on other systems too 🤞
Worst case scenario you'll probably have to lower texture resolution to medium and disable all the clutter.
Keep in mind you got to have a 40series with FG on to run this smoothly.
The 3090 and 3090ti will be fine. Those have plenty of vram.
FPS was awful just using the drone. I have a 4090 and 7950x. Was geting 15-25 with regular slowdown and massive LOD popping.
Likewise, sadly I have had really poor performance with huge stuttering. I started to dial everything down but can't seem to get a decent performance so far.
Really nice scenery though.
13900K and RTX4090, 64Gb
What settings are you using? Try DX12 - TAA and Frame Generation On because for me it's been incredibly smooth and quite the surprise
@British Avgeek I wont bore you with all the details, but after CTD issues and some memory errors, I uninstalled and then re-installed the scenery, and all is good now, great performance with my original ultra/high settings.
All in VR btw.
PS: now you have the PC and GPU capabilities. Have you tried MSFS/Fenix in VR?
@@andrewp6307 great to hear it's performance is good for you now after a reinstall! haven't tried VR before either
Get yourself a HP G2 VR headset, the only downside is you'll never want to fly looking at flat 2D monitor ever again. 😀
The @cptCanada channel makes yesterday the beta.
We actually have 588 of the world's airports' represented through holographic luggage/flight ticket tags 🤌🏽✨
Very nice!
