That was a wonderful interview Dr.Anjani, thanks for sharing your journey and setbacks, especially your struggles with chronic pain.
Thanks Dr. Tariq ji for bringing her and for doing this resilience series. It gives HOPE, which is in scarce supply these days.

Hi Pradeep! Thank you for taking the time to listen. Please call me by my first name Anjani. To answer your question, India and the United States differ in their healthcare system. It is wise to finish the remaining exams, graduate, and start planning your journey. You will learn enough and more in IM residency here. I hope that answers your question.

@@pradeepreddy5807 I hear you. No one has a perfect application or all the skills needed. It is a process; if you want IM, you should apply for it and put more effort into your residency. You will learn skills in your residency and all of your life. We deal with humans, and learning skills is never-ending. What is the worst that can happen? You will spend 20 minutes more seeing a patient during residency, so wake up 20 minutes before and go to work. See an extra patient. Fear of the future is only reasonable when the fear drives you, not when it doubts your existence.
