Can I cut quill stem from bottom . I want short quill stem

Hey, thanks for the comment. In theory yes, but you will need to cut it in the right angle. Quill stems are generally quite cheap and it might be a better option just to buy a shorter one. If you decide to cut it let us know how you got on. Take care🙂
