once they get under your skin you can never forget the feel of a well tuned engine in a b body. bought 1 like this in 1979 for 1 k virtually the same and regret ever letting it go The engine had only 60k and was all stock until I added a single plane edelbrock to it with a holley spread bore converted over a double pump changed out the power valve to better suit the cam to make up for the lower vacuum at lower RPM's rejet , sidehung floats for the quarter mile, headman headers, I stomped on that pedal with every drive to keep it clean and it never complained always wanting more, miss those days.
I nearly bought one in '68. I thought it seemed cheaply made, so I bought a '68 Pontiac GTO instead. The Roadrunner sold for under $3000, as I recall. My GTO was $4,416.00 off the showroom floor. I wish I still had it!
Beautiful car but I think if you did one good burnout would help sell it also should at least let us know what you selling it for instead of us having to look up the sale price nice job restoring it
