That's part of why CC is popular because she has the handles to get to her 3s plus the long distance of some of them. Then there's the passing. Michael Jordan went from at the rim in the first half of his career to a mid-range jump shooter mostly. The step-back 3 is the thing now, something Luka does all the time.
Watching these highlights and not knowing much about the WNBA, it's obvious why LV are champs. Fever started off competitive but then couldn't keep up. Wilson and Plum are ridiculous. Very impressive players.

The schedule might be made in December but they knew Clark would be in Indiana. They wanted to showcase her as much as possible early on. W is to blame.

This is why people don't like Clark because the WNBA already HAD stars to promote...it was just refusing to promote them because they were black. Once they had a white, mainstream media-created "star," they promoted the hell out of her even though she has done absolutely NOTHING to earn such a push. A'ja Wilson has dominated the WNBA for over a decade and is a legit star in this league, but she ONLY got a sneaker after people complained to Nike about giving Clark a show when she hadn't won a damn thing in college and hadn't even dribbled a basketball on a WNBA court. Clark is not in the same league as any of the Aces players. Clark was supposed to come in and dominate the WNBA, and to call her mediocre would be too big of a compliment, but we all know how white people love to celebrate mediocrity.

Started watching WNBA because of CC, but I fell in love with Jackie Young. She showed Caitlin another level. And Indiana should've picked up Money Martin as their 2nd round pick.

Yeah the teams don’t have much time off between the games. It’s like back to back. I don’t think Indiana team even got time to practice.
I’m literally just a fan of the league lol, but like this was the most unfair setup ever 😅 Aces sitting comfortably at home, haven’t played since Tuesday, have only had to play 3 games, vs Indiana who has literally played twice as many games 😮 have been travelling ALL week, AND literally had to play last night in a different city 🤦♀️ there was NO way in hell Indiana was gonna even come close in this game. Proud of them for coming out hard in the first and winning that quarter cause after that, you could tell they were exhausted 😩 go get some sleep Caitlin! First two days off this season! Team hasn’t had a single day to practice but they’ve shown so much improvement! Not sure who made this schedule but they clearly wanted money off of Caitlin because I’ve literally never seen a WNBA team play this often. Every second day to start the year is crazy, and then a back to back? While everyone else gets three days between games? At the very least if they’re gonna play that often it should be a home stand! Thank god the Fever have the charter flights or they’d be completely screwed

Clark scored 21 points the other day, and her fans acted like she dropped 50, when there were literally tons of other players who scored 21. Hell, Taurasi scored 20, and she's twice Clark's age lol. You made an excellent point that all her fans can bring up are jersey sales and attendance numbers because she has no ON COURT numbers to talk about since she's a mediocre player at best. Too bad those numbers can't be added to the scoreboard for her. Clark won NOTHING in Iowa except a bunch of individual records that mean ZERO in a team sport. As for her play, you nailed it again because all she does it chuck up low percentage 3s because she's trying to make the lead-in for SportsCenter instead of facilitating the offense. But the media created her hype, so they're going to continue to push her until she's a bust. The narrative this weekend will be, "Caitlin Clark becomes the first player in WNBA history to eat a hamburger, WITHOUT cheese, during a Memorial Day weekend, in an even-numbered year!" Love that she's getting exposed though.

Hundred percent Aja is the most well rounded player in the league right now, so arguement there. But Caitlin’s passing game has been exceptional early on, and that’s even with her teammates dropping and not scoring on a lot of her passes. Once they learn how she plays and have a freaking day off to practice lol watch out! Unfortunately people are only looking at her points. Which when you’re triple teamed you’re not gonna put up points but you can if you’re good, get your teammates points and she has done that in every game. But people like to complain that she is a ball hog who only scores threes. Then when she doesn’t and passes they say she sucks. Theyres literally no winning with these people. If you watch the games Caitlin is doing just fine. Tonight that whole team was exhausted and this was obvious long before the game started. They have been travelling non stop for two weeks, played every second day, and now had to play a back to back with travel. This was a losing battle before it began. I’m excited to see them play again later in the season. Although by then the Point Gawd will probably be back haha unfortunately if you’re gonna beat Vegas your best chance was now with her out. But with that schedule I do not blame them at all most of all CC with the amount of constant attention every team is paying to her.

Aces are stacked. Talented and very well coached. They had wide open looks the entire game, while as usual the Fever have to scratch and claw for seemingly every bucket. The Aces have 4 or 5 ladies that can help carry others if they are off. Very polished basketball on their part!
Aces have too many weapons. Young is an absolute stud - a team-first, slashing PG that can score at will. Always love having someone like that on your team.
