    Mitch is a top guy, I think he’s great for the sport. His motto is ‘lift heavy, be kind’ and he helps the elderly. A family guy, really humble and smarter than most. It’s definitely worth getting to know people before insulting them.

    i tried exercises for realising the anger , and the emotions that i was holding on with a breath technique that reduced my stress and my suffering overall , you can live longer like that by being emotionally well, despite that how you know in your expirience that when you run your body is stressed out or is trying to release stress?

    Look at certain jobs manual labor etc. On the docks stevedores that did all the lifting etc as they aged they were all broken with all kinds of injuries. The drivers on the other hand were nowhere near as bad as they aged.

    The real danger for most of us is an overly sedentary lifestyle . Doing almost any activity is better than doing nothing. Getting out for a walk has great benefits for me a 68 year old. Listening to bird song, feeling the wind , experience the weather are for ME helping my mental health.

    when he readed the study linking sport to depression it reminds me when i was playinh footbal with friends after match i feel kind depressed it was weird feeling. i liked play footbal but the enviroment in argentina it suck, they just wanna let their trauma out with playing that is first thing, then also i think becauae it depleted my energy. im so glad i stoped all kind of sport and now can enjoy just lying around and learning some languagge.

    Strongman isn’t even the healthiest of the strength sports… Calisthenics addresses all of his goal movement patterns without the injury risk or the risk of just increasing those abilities through obesity like he has lol. It’s easy to increase squat and pushing through just getting fat lol, unless you are squatting and pushing your body weight.
    I get it a little bit though, better than the head trauma of football or the extreme dieting and drug abuse of fighting or bodybuilding.

    Humans in nature are very active. Look at the Hadza people of Tanzania who live a hunter gatherer lifestyle. They walk about 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day. They're constantly walking, jogging after prey, climbing into trees for eggs in birds nests etc.

    There are 2 things humans are meant to do - Hang or pull ups, there pulling is relevant. And walking, not necessarily running but mostly walking. Prehistoric humans would have walked very long distances when they went hunting and looking for food. Our lat muscles are very strong and can handle lots of exercise before becoming over trained. That attribute dates from the times when our ancestors hung in trees.

    can you make a video on what do you exactly mean by "nature"? to my understanding you absolutely would need to push, carry, pull like when you are building a shelter, or carrying an injured friend or family member. You have also said that status is a man made cencept, but we see status dynamics in the animal kingdom.

    Goatis reaction is hilarious. I am 49 and I have been “ carnivore” since the pandemic. I lost so much weight without any exercise and also got muscle too and now my body understands that I don’t need to lose more weight. When I going out with my children (21 years old and 14 years old). People think that we are brothers. Before the pandemic I just looked my age. So if you are reading this, cut sugar and carbs completely. Eat meat, eggs and also you can try some raw meat including liver. Make sure that you visit a meat store that you trust. Use common sense, is the store looks like “crab” don’t buy from them, but if they look clean and their meat and products smell and looks good; then you can go for them.

    So clear this up, if you gotta do roids, you went overboard..but sports and physical exercise is sooo good for your mental.for your physical, since I'm a child I always craved lifting heavy stuff, you can't take that out of me, when I don't workout with steel, Ill.go lift trees all day working on the land. So revisit what you think of exercises..it's needed by the body and mind.

      @@GoatisReviews review your theory. Motion is lotion. As you age you will not have a choice to either make sure you upkeep your muscle mass Tru strength training or wither away becoming frail. When you train your body, you maintain good flexibility, strength and bone density..these are things you lose with age and inactivity. You then become more prone to injuries and die faster. After your peek testosterone years you will lose 10 percent of your muscle mass each decade. I will give you a quick example. I have a 10 yrs old K9, that's still at her age, she can do her work in search and rescue forest missions. At her age and breed (doberman) and with a lifetime of crazy adventures arthritis is present, but if she stops intensive walks, she will die. Her joints will turn to stone (calcium) without her muscles she will be unable to move. As you age you will understand why you must revisit your theory on exercise..it keeps the body alive.       Even at 120 if you were lucky enough to make it there, it would be almost impossible at least by modern standards to still look 40. Maybe you could pass for somewhere between 60-70 at best by that time.
