Also shine some more light on Concrete Cowboys, which are Philly’s historical cowboys who have been here since after the Civil War. That movie has actual Philly Cowboys in it and some of the history of their plight here. They now have a Go Fund Me to help them buy land and stables because the City and Developers are taking their land for condos and apartments.
Found out about a similar LA based horse riders called the Compton Cowboys in a Guinness ad once. Interesting social group.
