Henri is still a really good ship, it just cannot juke 4-5 ships targeting it at once anymore. I like this ship a lot, just wish that HE wasn't so strong in this game.

After passing the La Galisioraire, the tech tree line was just fun and a plasure to play. I mean
i am far away from Legendary Modules but nevertheless its fun and only that counts.

Overall I agree with your takes on HE currently being a bit overtuned on certain ships. The amount of damage they do per salvo often exceeds what a battleship would put out in with a similar shot, while also having faster reload and starting fires - those hits on the Puerto Rico, for example, would have been overpens for like 2-3k damage instead of 5-6k damage.
Personally I find the HE to be particularly overtuned on ships with high HE penetration, like Hindenburg goliath and HIV. CLs post-IFHE rework are actually in a fairly balanced spot imo (excluding the black magic fuckery that is smolensk lol), and "normal" 203mm armed cruisers like Zao, Des Moines, and Moskva. These guys don't really have oppressive HE DPM since they shatter a lot of shells on the "tanky cruisers" and on basically every high tier BB that isn't specifically designed to be "weakly armored" (ie the british and french), plus the CLs give up a lot of fire chance to get their HE pen. On the other hand HIV, hindenburg and goliath can do their 4-6k salvos with debilitating consistency on nearly any target (except kremlin ofc lol), which makes them outtrade targets in situations where, based on the general rules of the game, they really shouldn't be outtrading them.
At least Henri at 14km can't just start maneuvering long after an enemy ship's shells have left the barrel and still dodge them all anymore.

My favourite cruiser
I think the main reason this ship disappeared is that it was fully replaced by Petro and Moskva in role, which can also deal pretty consistent damage at long range (less DPM, but it's a lot more consistent because of the shell speeds and arcs), but they have a lot more utility, since they can actually bow-tank, have AA that works, and have the 12km radar. Moskva also has more HP than Henri, and both Moskva and Petro are smaller targets with a faster rudder shift (my Henri has the same rudder shift as my Richelieu). The HE pen advantage was also replaced by Hindi and Goliath - Goliath just has insane alpha and fire chance, and Hindi can do 10k salvos every few seconds because of the German 1/4th HE pen. Not to mention that Goliath has the super-heal and Hindi is much smaller than Henri. That's why it's disappeared - it's not as easy to play as other big cruisers, and most of its strengths are equaled or done better by other cruisers. It's a shame, Henri is still my favourite.
Luckily the trade mark trait of the French still lasts: Henri’s speed that outruns some destroyers.

I don't watch iChase's videos, and I enjoy PQ's videos. Let me say, voice is a large reason.
They both have Canadian Standard accents (meaning they probably grew up somewhere between BC and Ontario, likely in or near an urban or suburban centre). Their voices have different timbres though.
