Well I'll tell you my bestie from uni we used to argue with e/o throughout the first year and no one knows us better than each other🥺
From what I've come to understand is that Han probably had what's known as the "celebrity disease" back when they were trainees (it's actually really common for trainees/rookies to develop this). He's stated that he hated Lee Know at first because he felt threatened by how attractive he was. Han was probably jealous of Hyunjin as well. Like I get it, they're young boys in a cut-throat, uncertain environment fighting for limited debut spots so naturally some of them will develop superiority complexes. Now they're grown up, succeeded at debuting, and overall have matured mentally so they've been able to realize how stupid and obnoxious they were as teenagers lol.
@@NinjaKittkatt Exactly what I thought, as well. They were still young then, and felt kinda threatened by each other's talents. But now, they openly express their admiration for each other's talents, like when they show behind the scenes videos of their mvs, you can see Han watching Hyunjin filming his part, and express admiration on how Hyunjin does it so well. And Hyunjin too, often calling Han "genius". 😊 I love how HyunSung has evolved, and really enjoy watching these two together. 😊😊

Oh yeah, Han mentioned how he was as a trainee in one of the 2 Kids Room (may have been with Hyunjin) and he sounded like he was a bit of an arrogant punk back then lol. Nothing against him. Just teenagers sometimes have big heads, especially those in performing arts.
I've even seen something mentioned about how he used to get in trouble for like taking selfies during training class times, and he got away with not preparing properly for evaluations occasionally. He admitted how much he's changed, even learning how to treat other people better and not so easily misunderstand their comments toward him. Apparently even one instance was like Hyunjin was trying to compliment him and Han basically took it as beef 😅

people say that friendship that started with them fighting is one of the strongest because they've seen each other's worst traits and they don't have to hide anything. i believed this because hyunsung is the perfect example of that. i love their friendship the most in skz because they're so real. you can see that they're very open to each other.
I love how they still make references to their old 'dance better/rap better' fight and actually laugh about it. You know their friendship has come a long way.

my prediction is that it's because of the korean pronunciation olive oil in that conversation. there was a 'uyu' type sound at the end so if you say 'olive uyu' it sounds like I love you. I think there is another video where they make this joke but I am not sure if I am remembering correctly.
