These two were perfect as AquaMan and Ocean Master. One of the few great castings in the DCEU.
Honestly, most of the casting in the DCEU was on point. Casting was never the issue.
Well funny enough, Orm looks more like Aquaman than Momoa does.

I wouldn’t change out any kf the cast of them, not even Ezra Miller as a pure match/contrast to the rest of the cast, who were clearly new 52 inspired hyper-serious versions of themselves. As a matter of fact I would say that most of them were basically born for those roles.

There was a behind the scenes interview with Patrick, Jason, and Yahya about seeing who can look the most muscular by the time of filming. They all worked out and got super buff. Patrick was disappointed that throughout the whole film there wasn't a shirtless scene of him to show off his muscles. Well it looks like he got his chance here in Aquaman 2.

The scene where the water washes over Orm and he gets all buff.. is one of the coolest superhero movie scenes period… these two together’s chemistry had great potential

I, personally, would have preferred Orm to have sacrificed his life for his brother, at the end. More than anything, because it bothers me that in the first movie he caused the death of a lot of innocent fishermen. He did too well, in my opinion.
