    Hello there
    Since the formula you mentioned states "Topper CGPA". I am the topper with 8.72 CGPA in my class. That would effectively make me a 4.0 GPA student. Is that possible?

    Hey Sachin ! Kudos for the great content! I quite didnt understand how you showcase the relative CGPA to the admission comitteee. Could you please kindly elaborate on the following Scenario:
    MY GPA-6.85/10
    My Class topper GPA - 8.3/10
    So my relative GPA is (6.85/8.3)*4 = 3.30
    But how and where do i state that my CGPA is 3.3 because in my official transcripts it will be 6.85.
    I just have two questions:
    -Where do i state that my relative gpa is 3.30 compared to the topper
    -And how do i prove that 3.30 is legit because in my university getting to 8 POINTS takes next level effort!
    im really in a huge dilemma man because im not making the cut for good univs! i hope you reply to this post real soon!
    Thanks in advance!

      @SachinPullil150  Před 2 lety

      You don't state the relative GPA anywhere in your application. It's just a made-up number lol. As for proving your GPA, universities kind of know what range of GPAs to expect because if they've had applications from your college before, they'll compare you to those applicants and see where you rank.

Really appreciate your help but just had to inform you that a few days back, I had asked you that what does it mean if UC Davis have mentioned "GRE waiver for 2021-2022 cycle" and you said it means for Fall'22. But I mailed them today and they said they haven't yet decided for Fall'22. Just mentioning it so that you can correct it in the list and help others from not being misinformed. Thanks. :)
