SEAL on tour with The Buggles; 2023 Seattle

- Seal hits the road embarking on his 30th anniversary World Tour. Marking three decades since the release of Seal's first two albums, "Seal" in 1991 and "Seal II" in 1994, the tour started in April. Joining the British singer on the road is long-time collaborator and producer Trevor Horn, for the first time ever assembling a touring band to perform as the Buggles.
The Buggles set was short and to the point, ending the "Video Killed the Radio Star" and bringing the audience to their feet. It was a blast from the past that was still as refreshing now as it was more than four decades ago.
For more than 30 years, Seal has been a staple of the music and entertainment world, from his albums to guest-judge on "America's Got Talent" to performances on two different versions of "Masked Singer." He's appeared on TV and in movies while continuing to release music. His Seattle performance shows that he hasn't missed a step along the way.

I saw him in his previous Seattle appearance…I remember him coming up through the stage nearly naked and (honestly) painted purple! I I will never forget that image nor will I forget that concert. Seal is a master performer and musician. I have been a huge fan from the beginning. ❤❤❤❤
The first time I saw him was in 1991 in the USSR on TV in the “morning mail” with his Crazy and fell in love with him forever. This is still my favorite song
Thanks for posting this, I was there and just out of view from the angle at the end where he entered the crowd. What a magical night. Sorry to the folks in the balcony who couldn't see him for most of the encore, that hadn't even dawned on me. :(
I remember seeing him In London the night after Michael Jackson died at Hammersmith Odeon and a few years later at. Music Producers Guild Awards night. Would loved to have seen him this time round, but wasnt able to make it. He's world class, no doubt about it and that second album was as good as anyone ever made. World class production, writing, playing... flawless. First time I ever saw him live was the Trevor Horn 25th Anniversary gig at Wembley in 2004 and I never realised how bloody good he was live.
Look up the word "erudite" in a dictionary and it should show a picture of him. He would be my bucket list dinner guest, i could talk to him for hours.

@@torley thanks, man. Been recording events for a while so I’ve been mastering a steady hand. Plus I have a really good stabilization on my computer during post. No special access, just love going to shows. Appreciate you watching.
Wow good to see seal is still performing last time I saw him was here in Melbourne Australia and I had front row seat he is in my mind a true perfromer giving he audiences a personal exprience
to remember him.. Hes music is quite old now, but seems timeless which is remarkable accomplishment.really he such a passionate honest man whom I trully repsect love your work Seal

The last time Seal performed in Seattle, prior to this show, was November 2006. His back-up band included Gail Ann Dorsey (D. Bowie's multi-talented musical muse), Eric Schermerhorn (multi-produced Guitarist), and Chris Bruce (Bassist, Seal's former musical director and collaborator).
Upon finishing his opening song, upon the opening notes of his next song, he walked to the very front of the stage, motioned to the crowd in attendance, "Come dance with me." I turned to my husband, calmly saying, "I gotta go." (My husband never saw me again until the end of the evening, houselights reigniting to signal, "Good night.") I was in the front row that magical night.
